You're unable to reach a pharmacist when you call and are forced to go thru an agonizingly long series of voice prompts before you must leave a message. You then have to wait for them to call back, IF they call back. Might be 10 minutes, an hour, two hours, might be the next day -who knows!!? The point is they make what would be a 4 minute task turn into an hours long event. I've taken my entire family's prescriptions from their "service" and gone to another provider.

The problem was the GM spent far too much time at the restaurant and didn't know one thing about what the assistant manager was up too. long story short I called corporate and got approval on the adjustment on the stay considering they put us in a huge huge room at 500 a night and it had 1 bed!! and there was 5 of us for an extended stay! at 500 a night!! she called the piton us and they said we had to leave!! we just got approval from corporate!! I WAS IN TEARS THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING SHE LAUGHED AS WE PACKED UP OUT THINGS! she is horrible not to mention the fee was never correctEd because corporate said it's an in house adjustment that THEY NEVER DID!! GM cool but not there manager on vacation only to leave a self in tiled front desk staff to run the show! needless to say I have called everyone who would listen and reported her I also reported her to the attorney general! her full name!
