I have $39 sitting in my account that I cannot use because their scanner keeps giving errors. The employee's solution was for me to pay again out of pocket. Why would I pay twice for the same service because your system is broken? Instead of taking ownership, he blamed Samsung phones and the app, even though he admitted this is something they've seen before. This isn't a one-time issue. I've already reported it, filled out their forms, and left my phone number after previous visits. Nobody ever called, and nothing was fixed. Today I was asked to fill out yet another form. My time is valuable. I shouldn't have to drive to the location, stand at a machine that doesn't work, and leave without a car wash because Suds can't maintain its own payment system. If your app and digital payment system are unreliable, don't offer them. At this point I'm asking for my money back so I can take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Suds until they fix their app, payment system, and customer service.

I dropped in to fill up my tank and get a carwash, but when I entered my car wash code, the display kept giving me the same directions over and over again. I went in to tell the staff, and they were all so friendly. One of the younger staff members jumped into action, immediately posting a closed sign on the car wash, and the manager apologized profusely, explaining they'd been having some problems with the system lately. she then gave me two free car washes that are good until March. I was really impressed with how the staff worked together and how they treat their customers, even in a stressful situation.

I paid $63.70 including tax for an interior and exterior car wash. I was told that the service could take up to 20 minutes, but it took less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the result. Dust and dirt were still clearly visible both inside and outside the vehicle, including in the trunk. I also paid an additional $10 specifically for the trunk, yet the trunk was still not properly cleaned. To me, paying more than $60 for a service that was not properly completed is extremely disappointing. When you pay for a service, you expect to receive what was advertised and paid for. Receiving such poor service, especially when services that were paid for were not properly completed, can feel very close to a scam or fraudulent service. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be aware of what to expect. If others have experienced similar issues, I would encourage them to consider filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or Consumer Protection.
