I love this location. The General manager (Karen) has the best customer service and make sure every customer feel satisfied with their service. I went to a different location and they gave me a hard time. My issue with this place is their complete lack of customer service. They know that the last day of any month, and the first and second days of the next month are going to be their busiest days. You would think management would schedule extra employees for those two of three days, but you would be wrong. Want to cash a check or get a money order, 45 minutes to an hour waiting. It's ridiculous and doesn't need to be that way. They pretend to be polite and talk nice but we all know actions speak louder than words. She said she had their own data base that could verify it. Bullshit, there is no such thing. I asked to speak to her manager and she just referred me to the 800 number. I was refused to receive my money gram transfer because workers are lying. They ask a lot of personal questions that is not required by money gram officially and in my case they refused to release funds because one of the questions was about occupation and im stay at home mom. I called money gram and was told they don't have such a requirement. Had to pick up cash from a moneygram so I filled out the info on moneygram's website for this location and received confirmation that I can pick it up from there. When I arrived I was told that I need to open an account to be able to get the cash so they had me fill out an application etc. then they asked me for the info regarding the moneygram, at which point I was told I can't pick up the cash because they don't have that amount and I need to go to another moneygram vendor. So why not just start by asking the amount I'm picking up before collecting my personal information and wasting my time? Sketchy af and I do not recommend. read more

I asked for a small loan from this company thats doesn't respect any agreements at all..they approved me on a very small loan and agreed to pay it on one payment and they set a specific date to withdraw their money on that day but told them to extend that day a little bit and they agreed to extend for 2 weeks and instead of respecting this agreement they managed to withdraw the money before the 2 weeks we agreed one..don't deal with this company they don't respect any agreement or word of any mean!!! I try to come and get my money order on my lunches because I have no other time but I end up always having to leave because it literally take 30 minutes. This company is a RIP OFF my elderly mother went for a loan and this company gave her a loan with 136% she will end up paying back over $12000 for a loan of 2000, they never explained to her how much the length of loan is for what she will have to pay back and the exact interest. They just told her loan interest was high, granted my elderly mother should of review more, but what company lives with themselves with this rip off, and how do you let an elderly lady get a loan and not explain, my mom is on a fixed income and they knew that.
