I was invited into the air conditioned waiting room and offered cold beverages and snacks. After a short wait my bumper was re secured on both sides and looked even better than expected. When I picked it up, I noticed that the edges of the door had not been painted properly. After I brought this to their attention, I was told there were no available slots and was booked for a follow-up appointment a week later. On the day of the second appointment, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and was provided with a rental car. When I returned in the evening, I was shocked to see that the repair appeared to have been done with a manual brush rather than being professionally refinished. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They acknowledged the issue and scheduled yet another appointment for the second week of June. For the third visit, I was again given a rental vehicle and told the repair would only take a couple of hours. Around 3:30 PM, I called to check the status and was told the vehicle would be ready by 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:00 PM, I was informed that the work had not even been completed. I had to leave without my vehicle and was later told it would be ready the following day at noon. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the paint work was still not up to an acceptable standard. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of any quality assurance or final inspection process before vehicles are returned to customers. Had someone properly inspected the work, these issues should have been identified and corrected before delivery. I was also disappointed with the communication and overall management of my repair. The representative handling my vehicle never clearly explained why the work needed to be redone multiple times or why the promised completion times were missed. After multiple appointments, repeated inconvenience, and several opportunities to correct the issue, I am still not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and unprofessional customer service.

Items that were in my car were not where I had…read moreleft them, and right from the get go, their sales people dropped the ball by not telling me until AFTER I dropped the car off that it would take FOUR HOURS to do my windshield. Had I known this up front, I would have made plans to be able to get a ride, instead of having to wait around the edge of town like a loser with no car, and nothing to do while I wait for my car to get fixed. Furthermore, their customer service people leave much to be desired. They made it very clear that if for any reason you're not totally and completely satisfied, it's YOUR fault, because they're apparently incapable of doing anything wrong. When I confronted them regarding items missing from my car, I was met with extreme hostility, I was sworn at repeatedly, and eventually told to "get the f*** out". Never has it been so clear that the only thing they care about is taking your money. They do NOT value you as a paying customer, nor can they have the decency and respect to be honest and up front with you. I wanted to get my windshield replaced, not end up with an absolute nightmare on my hands. I honestly DO NOT recommend this company, and strongly advise that you DO NOT take a car here EVER under ANY circumstances. I have never been so insulted to have to pay full price for something as I am with this service. Right from the start I was unhappy with the service, and as the day progressed, things just went from bad to worse, to even worse. Do NOT go to this company unless you want a needless hassle, dishonest service, and customer service who aren't afraid to curse and swear at you, then just tell you to get out if you're not happy. They have NO customer retention policy, and have no problem with the manager asking you "It's a f***ing windshield. What can you expect?" when I complained about not having been given a time estimate until AFTER it was too late. In my opinion, this is an overall TERRIBLE place to take your car to, and I will NEVER be back, EVER again. These are not windshield that you can buy " off the rack." but rather have to be fabricated. This definitely was not going to be an easy job to do, yet Grant and his team did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price and all in a short time frame.
