Initially, I visited another glass repair shop, but when I came to Titan Glass for a second opinion, I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive they were to my concerns about being without my car. They were very competitive with pricing and worked with my schedule to fit in an appointment. They even offered to adjust the calibration for my vehicle's self-driving feature. After receiving my car back, there was a small flaw in the glass, but they quickly fixed it without any issues. They also made sure my car was kept very clean. I highly recommend the staff at this location. While I hope I never have to visit them again, I know exactly where I'll go if I do!

When I picked it up, I noticed that the edges of the door had not been painted properly. After I brought this to their attention, I was told there were no available slots and was booked for a follow-up appointment a week later. On the day of the second appointment, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and was provided with a rental car. When I returned in the evening, I was shocked to see that the repair appeared to have been done with a manual brush rather than being professionally refinished. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They acknowledged the issue and scheduled yet another appointment for the second week of June. For the third visit, I was again given a rental vehicle and told the repair would only take a couple of hours. Around 3:30 PM, I called to check the status and was told the vehicle would be ready by 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:00 PM, I was informed that the work had not even been completed. I had to leave without my vehicle and was later told it would be ready the following day at noon. Unfortunately, when I returned the next day, the paint work was still not up to an acceptable standard. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of any quality assurance or final inspection process before vehicles are returned to customers. Had someone properly inspected the work, these issues should have been identified and corrected before delivery. I was also disappointed with the communication and overall management of my repair. The representative handling my vehicle never clearly explained why the work needed to be redone multiple times or why the promised completion times were missed. After multiple appointments, repeated inconvenience, and several opportunities to correct the issue, I am still not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and unprofessional customer service.

I honestly DO NOT recommend this company, and strongly advise that you DO NOT take a car here EVER under ANY circumstances. I have never been so insulted to have to pay full price for something as I am with this service. I waited on their comfy couch while my windshield was being installed and I was treated to snacks, beverages and a great movie that was so good I almost didn't want to leave! The work done was great and the price was reasonable and the wait was not too long. To top it all off, when I returned to my car, there was a nice mug and a Keychain pocket knife. Also, I got a follow up a day or so after to see if there were any issues, there weren't any. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services in the future. There is a reason they have numerous 5 star reviews, so glad I found them.
