They cleaned leaves and debris from the basement steps and did a terrific job of cleaning the floor in the part of the basement they had cleared. After the move, I discovered that a piece of outdoor metal furniture had been damaged during the move and would have to be welded to be repaired. I called them twice, then I emailed them twice. I sent them pictures of the damage. I tried to contact them again before I got the chair repaired. I sent them a copy of the paid repair invoice. Their response was ... radio silence. Crickets. Absolutely nothing. It was as if I had disappeared. Look, I get that things can happen. But a good company, one that deserves a good review and a good reputation, has to step up and fix problems when they occur. I couldn't even get a return call from these guys!
