(Kids are no longer allowed to use my laptop without supervision, and are not allowed to have drinks near it. Lid or not. It's a no. When…read moreI had an internet failure last month I contacted Love IT, and was told they don't dealt with Starlink installations any more but would follow up since I was a previous client. The first sign of trouble was in getting anyone in the office to return my calls. I should have looked elsewhere right then. The technician who they sent was unfamiliar with much of the equipment, and had major problems running the new cable through the wall and attic, and then set the Starlink dish face down on my metal roof, scratching the paint (he told me to tell Starlink the damage was due to a tree falling on it.) He tore the plug off one end of the cable and spliced it back together. So no internet connection. (Starlink is sending me a new cable after I sent pictures.) Joseph contacted me and said he'd send someone else out the next day, but no one called or came by. Three attempts to contact them through the office or directly by calling/texting Joseph went unanswered. This is some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. Which is a shame, because the first time I used them they were stellar.
