There are places you can sit to eat your food. And there are plenty of hot and cold food options. Plenty of snacks and drinks, ice and much more. There is an ATM available. You can go through the regular checkout line or through one of multiple self check out lines. They're open 24/7. The oil boom in this area has caused the need for such places as pilot travel center. Several new hotels of also popped up, much more than you would expect for a town the size of Big Lake. The bathrooms are well-maintained.

This is my fourth time passing through the town of Ozona, Texas. Second time at this gas station…read more I had to gas up the moving truck that I was driving, which is the total came out to about $90. I went inside and grabbed a cup, filled it with only ice and went up to the register. The girl told me it was going to be $1.50 for the cup of ice. I asked her again. It's only ice. I didn't get a soda and she said you pay full price. I have been to thousands of gas stations across the west from Texas all the way to the West Coast to Washington in Canada, but I have never been charged more than $.50 for a cup of ice. Most of the time when I'm filling up my vehicle with gas, they tell me just take the ice don't worry about it the inside was dirty and the food that was sitting in the rotating hot dog look like they had been there for five days. It was only 9 o'clock in the morning. Do yourself a favor and stop at a different gas station!

I would like to THANK Bill and Frank for making us feel comfortable and entertained during the 4 1/2 hour drive!! They seriously could star in a sitcom named, "Two Texans and a tow truck!" Also, grateful for the follow up from Bill to explain where they delivered the car and keys as it was after hours at the auto shop and we needed to retrieve items from it the next day after we rented a car. Back when I had a gas car, this was always a go-to stop. Now that I drive an EV, I was really impressed to see they've installed GM Energy dual chargers there are two of them, which makes a huge difference. It's so much more convenient than having to drive up the hill to that random charger near the hotel. I'm genuinely glad they added these. It's going to make my trips out to West Texas a lot smoother and less stressful.

Can't remember if I've ever been through this town. Typical drive in Texas where I'm stuck behind 18 wheelers and of course at least one farm tractor for miles. Coordinating with my coworker who was driving in from Plainview for pickup we literally texted each other with a two minute difference in arrival time. The Crossing was the first gas station / convenience store I saw in town. Pulled in and once the exchange was done we ventured in for a potty break and drinks. First time seeing a salad bar in this type of business. And, it actually looked appealing! We've all traveled major roads in whatever state you're from. Yes, I've snickered at gas station sushi in Mississippi. There are things you DON'T want in this setting. Yet, The Crossing made it look seamless. Clean bathrooms at least on the mens side. Usual suspects like Hunt Brothers pizza present and a glass case full of fried goodness too. I think they do burgers too? There is a dine in seating area as well as an outside covered dining area, a dog park, and plenty of walkways to stretch your legs. The employees I met were very friendly and helpful.
