Upon entering the car wash I followed all the rules Hand of steering wheel, foot off brake, car in neutral. Even with following the car wash rules my car slammed in the back of a pick-up truck and the steel ball on the back damaged my license plate. The staff was unsure of how to handle the situation and notified the manager. I was there 30 mins before finally speaking to manager on the phone to ask for a refund for this wash that damaged my car. The manager was beyond rude. I explained what happened that my car had been damaged while at the facility and asked for my money back because now I had to replace my plate. The manager was condescending to say the least he told me and I quote " I AM GOING TO TELL YOU HOW THIS IS ABOUT TO GO" " NO WE AREN"T GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK YOUR CAR GOT WASHED DIDN"T IT" Not only did my car get washed it got damaged. As soon as you pull up, you go through the automatic washer situation - while sitting in it! So fun! So colorful! Then, you can vacuum your car yourself for free once you pay. They do offer rags and surface cleaner for the spots they miss - and there were a few. For the price, though, the process is very worth it. Check it out if you're in need of a car wash.
