He told me my order was $2.53 and that there was a minimum charge of $5.00 when using a card. He asked if I wanted to add something else to make $5.00 and I said no, not really. So I handed the donuts back to him and said I'Il pass. This is the first time something like this has happened to me when using a card. Normally it is just a 3% or a little more up charge when using a card (if that is even charged), which would have been fine, but to have to spend $2.47 more just to use a card, no thank you! This is 2026 and if an establishment can't be up with the times, I'll move on to the next. Other donut shops have no problem with this, so that is what I did, I moved on to the next and got my 2 donuts just like I wanted and paid with the card...... Hopefully this is not just a ploy to sell more. If they have a system that is doing this, then they need to get it corrected, because some people like me will just move on down the road and won't be back. She gave me my yea at the counter and I found a seat in the table area. About 8 minutes later, the cashier brought my soup & wrap. The soup was flavorful with chunks of roasted peppers and creamy soup. The Himmus Wrap was a very generous serving of homemade, thick hummus with some salad. Both were very good. The iced tea was brewed fresh and a great deal for only $1! Their receipt printer was broken and I needed the receipt for my expenses, so the cashier went out of her way to get a receipt printed for me from the office. I'll be back!

Incredibly nutty and smooth…read more.. I walked into a coffee shop called "Stomping Grounds" in Stilwell OK for a cup. Was blown away by the smooth and tasty cup of go-go juice as a good friend would call it. Found out they use "Rose Rock" coffee. So on my way home, I stopped by Rose Rock Coffee in Tahlequah OK and meet the owner Matt and his team. He shared the companies history with me and took time out of his schedule. The coffee speaks for itself and Matt is a genuine coffee roaster. I'll be ordering more and having it shipped to my home.
