We set the booth up right by the front door of our home and it was the perfect location to catch people before they left if they hadn't already used it. We were pleased with the logo, the quality of the prints and the fact that we got a copy of everything digitally. The attendant was very professional. My only complaint was the quality of the prints. They were a little washed out and faded which surprised me since it is so easy to get bright prints these day from any printer. Also, the lens was a little off center and we felt it took too long between shots so guests didn't realize there was going to be four flashes or they got impatient.

Upon arrival the place looks like a mom and pop small business. Nothing special about the ambience just equipment and one staff person. The line up of materials on the counter told me they were busy but when I was told it would be a few weeks till my vhs to disc transfers were done I was disappointed. As I had hoped to have them back by Mother's Day. I was asked what I would like as the titles of the discs and was asked for a $30 deposit and went on my way. Follow up came at almost the 3 week mark. Pick up tines were recommended, not sure if they keep consistent hours so always ask or call ahead. I had my husband drop off another tape upon pick up and that one turned around in about a week so I suspect it is all volume driven, again call ahead and ask if you are in a rush. All in all happy with my service, would use them again.
