During our initial meeting, we sat down with Shaun at Panera Bread and I was sort of star-struck to actually meet "Dumb" from Rover's Morning Glory since I have been a loyal fan of the show since the very beginning!   He was very cool and professional in person, thoroughly explaining all of the services he offered and providing us with pricing sheets and everything else we needed to consider him for our big day.  He gave us his availability for the following calendar year so we had an idea before picking a wedding date.  We ended up using Shaun's services for both our ceremony and reception.  His prices were very reasonable and his rave reviews on wedding sites had us convinced!  He was very accommodating with our song choices and even did custom fade ins/outs for a few of them per our request.  Since he's been DJing weddings for so many years, he was very helpful with making suggestions on certain aspects of the wedding to help things go more smoothly.  When it came time for dancing, the floor was lit up and the music was booming! He did great with engaging with our guests and all of our friends loved him! All in all, our wedding day was great and we couldn't have done it without Shaun's help.  He kept us on track through the evening and was in contact with myself and my wife throughout the night as needed. I'd never tried salsa or tango before,…read morebut in half an hour he taught me several basic steps and had me absolutely hooked and ready to come back all December for more classes! Even though I initially felt awkward and out of place trying such intimate dance styles with a stranger, he was the definition of a personable professional and made me feel incredibly at ease! He was encouraging yet not over the top with praise (genuine) and the whole time was also giving me the history and background of both dances! Nika at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful too- ranging from helping me with a new mask to scheduling my next classes. Finally, every month or so they have a weekday casual social salsa dance. Pay 10 bucks, BYOB if you'd like, and dance the night away! It was at this dance- keep in mind I have had exactly one half hour salsa lesson in my life- where I had the great fortune of meeting the incredibly down to earth owner of Viva, Parker, and a friend, Miguel. Even though I warned them about my inability, BOTH gentlemen took time from the party to dance with me and made me feel like a first rate rock star! I was giggling the whole time and just had such a blast with this group of learner-friendly talented individuals. You must try this place out as they have multiple styles and levels of dance class both group and private. You won't regret meeting these passionate folks!

Everyone was so amazingly nice and open, and they are truly a credit to their craft. It takes a certain talent to teach a group of people how to dance, at all different levels and experience, and not make it intimidating. It was all about having fun and actually enjoying dance. During the social I was observing the room and saw how dance has brought together people of all different ages and backgrounds to just enjoy music, dance, and each other. Viva is truly a special place. They teach, encourage (and push you when you need it), all the time making it fun and and exciting. I truly hate having to leave a negative review, especially when it involves such a personal and…read moremeaningful day -- our wedding. But I feel it's important to share our experience so other couples can go into their planning process informed. We hired Platinum Photography with the expectation -- and contractual agreement -- that we would receive retouched digital images, a custom wooden USB, and a physical 8x10 album. Unfortunately, the process from start to finish was filled with delays, broken promises, and poor communication. What followed was a frustrating string of extended deadlines, vague updates, and inconsistent messaging. The USB was only ordered months after the wedding -- after we followed up repeatedly -- and the album was denied, then later reluctantly agreed to after I pushed back and quoted the actual contract. The editing was also incomplete, with clear inconsistencies in the photos we received, and promises made about corrections (such as under-eye editing) were not fulfilled until pointed out directly. At one point, I was even offered a partial refund on the condition that I remove my review and forfeit the remaining items -- an incredibly unprofessional request. I was also wrongly accused of breaching the contract for making light personal edits to a few photos, despite the contract allowing for personal use (albums, scrapbooks, gifts, etc.). It's not that the photographer was rude or mean -- they were always polite. But it felt like a constant bait-and-switch, with excuse after excuse and very little accountability. As a busy mom of two, I simply didn't have the time or energy to chase down what should have been handled with care and professionalism. After months of back and forth, the album and USB are finally in progress, but I would never recommend this experience to another bride. Your wedding memories deserve more than constant follow-up, shifting stories, and delayed promises. Do your research, get everything in writing, and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself.

We set the booth up right by the front door of our home and it was the perfect location to catch people before they left if they hadn't already used it. We were pleased with the logo, the quality of the prints and the fact that we got a copy of everything digitally. The attendant was very professional. My only complaint was I wish the attendant had encouraged the guests to use the 'Christmas hat props' I had purchased before the party. The Photo Booth was definitely a hit of the party!

The bounce house was delivered and set up the evening before . The party was long over when they picked it up the next day. The price was more then reasonable. They charged only for the one day . Not like some places that charge 1 day and a half or even 2 days if it falls on a holiday. These guys are great . I highly recommend them. We will definitely be calling on them often.
