It did take a month to get everything done, but I'm more understanding than some of these other trolls. Tony explained that because of my model car, parts demand and availability, progress was difficult. But once everything was done, I couldnt be happier. I had no idea what I'd been missing and I'm glad I had my work done there. I hope I don't need more repairs, but if I do, I'll definitely return to Morrison Automotive.

Was directed to an abandoned gas station in Dyess, AR while on fumes and only had six miles left on…read moregas gauge (nearest gas was 12+ miles away). Contacted State Farm Emergency Road Sevice and they alerted Redline, even though it was pretty far away! Keith did his best to get there before my car died and the 90° weather suffocated me and my traveling "cat-panions." Brought the gas with a smile and friendly conversation! Keith made sure I made it to the next gas station before leaving the area and made it a point to check on my two kitties. Keith made a God-awful situation end up with me safely on the road and headed back to Chicago!

The warnings I were told were true…read more I went to pick up my truck that had been towed to find that multiple items were missing from my vehicle. Things like phone chargers, a DC to AC transformer, and MY CELL PHONE! These guys aren't too smart since they didn't realize androids allow you to track your phone as a security measure in the event the phone is misplaced or stolen. The tracker clearly shows my cell phone, which was in the vehicle at the time it was towed, arriving at Redline Auto Towing at 3:31am and leaving the facility moments later to arrive or be shut off in the vicinity of 12th Ave and E. Walnut St. in Paragould not far from Redline Auto Towing. When I mentioned to close friends that my truck was with Redline Auto Towing and that I needed to go retrieve it, I was told personal experiences involving their vehicles getting pillaged and personal items being stolen while in the possession of Redline Auto Towing. All I can say is unless you have a witness to the theft, they will most likely get away with it, but I remotely locked the phone, erased the data, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and include the tracking data. I will update if there is any action.
