On two occasions, he's determined I need a new tire or two, and in all honesty, he was right. Both times, they were able to get me in the morning he called. They have every tire you could possibly need in stock. Their prices are inexpensive. We paid about $206 for two 55,000 mile tires. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They had a little waiting area with a tv where we sat while we waited on my tires. From what I understand, this particular location is being sold to an individual in the very near future.

It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to mount and balance a tore on a bare steel rim. when I asked if the price was correct, the lady behind the counter said that it was and then tried to justify it by saying they had the cost of the weights and time to do the job. She went on to say that the tires were hard to balance and took a lot of weight. There was maybe 2.5 ounces total on all of the wheels. And on top of that, they didn't even balance the wheels correctly. They staggered the weights, which is something you never do. Anyone that has been trained properly knows this. This isn't the first time we have had an issue with them. i took my moms car there because it had a rough idle and the check engine light was on. The mechanic said she needed a new timing belt and quoted a crazy price. I bought a scan tool and it was only the timing belt sensor that was faulty, which costs $12 and took me 15 minutes to replace it. I knew when the mechanic claimed there was a vacuum leak because the vent tube going to the air cleaner was off, that I needed to do the work myself or find someone that knew what they were doing. Stay away from this shop, they are crooks and simple parts changers, they do not diagnose the problem(s), they just change parts until they get lucky. They get most of their business because of the "good ole boys" network that is in southeast MO.

These folks, and particularly their technician Josh, were a Godsend. I was traveling in a Penske…read moretruck with a trailer from Illinois to Alabama and had a very bad blowout in one of the trailer tires on I-55 in Dyess, Arkansas. Penske roadside assistance was very little help, but the good folks at Raben Tire were outstanding! Poor Josh, their tech, got lost just trying to find us on the side of the road thanks to Penske's lousy service/directions. But thank God Josh found us after we limped along to the nearest exit just to get off the dangerous highway. When he finally found us, Josh fixed our tire within 30 minutes and had us on our way. I don't need to tell you how stressful moving 6 states by yourself with a lousy moving van you have to drive yourself (and a trailer with cheap, threadbare tires) can be. But Josh and Raben Tires really came through in our hour of need, and we just can't thank them enough! (Also, a special shout-out to the good folks at Dyess High School for letting us use the restroom facilities. Thanks nice folks for being good Samaritans!)

The owner, Mike, talked me through everything and had me good to go even sooner than expected (it ended up just being an issue with the bulb)! I was even able to get extra help putting my windshield wipers on afterwards, and the awesome technicians who assisted me showed me so I'd know how to do it, too. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful and my car was out of the shop the same afternoon! It was my first time there, but I can definitely recommend them for their stellar service!
