Service from the floor person was efficient and speedy as helped me locate the Birthday section and reading books elsewhere. Thank you! Some areas of this store are a bit disheveled- but they seem like they'll get around to it 'some time'. Got my bag and two reading books then called it a day.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, think everything you didn't know you needed but for $5 or less. When I say everything I mean it. Arts & Crafts, Health & Wellness, loungewear, graphic T's, beauty & makeup, pet necessities, and etc. You are guaranteed to find something useful on every visit. This locations seems to be well maintained with a variety of inventory. A good new edition to the area. Just A Note: Other locations have a tendency to be messy. There were many registers open, yet the lines were incredibly long and moved very slowly. To make matters worse, the two cashiers at the registers next to each other were having conversations as if there wasn't a huge line of customers waiting between both of them.When I finally got to the cashier, he said he didn't know how to use the scanner gun he said that it wasn't working, so he had to manually enter the code for every single item. It made the process take forever and definitely took away from what should have been a fun shopping experience. They had sign up about all the sales they had yet a lot of the stuff were pretty pricey.

I didn't want my money back but just exchange the dress for the correct size. When I tried to exchange it the manager (I'm assuming he was the manager because I heard him calling other branches and asking how much money they took in that day) then began to check every single stitch on the entire dress inside and out then he sniffed the arm pits and declared that I had obviously worn the dress and was trying to cheat him. When I requested to have my dress back he shoved it at me with the receipt and refused to give me back the bag I had brought it in with saying that it belongs to the store. I don't understand how a clothing store can do business like this but I do know that I will never set foot in a Pretty Girl store again. I don't care how cheap their clothes are, I still have some standards on how to treat people.
