Disregarding the increasing length they only seem to open at maximum, two registers. If you have 1 item, 30 items, or just a simple return you must be prepared to wait on line @ minimum 20 minutes or more. This has been my experience both on different days and at various times of day, no since of urgency to be had in this store. I will say once you have arrived at checkout, this is the one area where I have never come across an indifferent employee. The staff @ the registers, manager to be as pleasant as possible even while dealing with the never ending lines. My most recent visits to the location have been to return only do to the convenience of the location and no real appeal to shop for an exchange. Just A Note: The brand lost its appeal to me, after the inappropriate monkey green sweatshirt photo shoot.
