This guy…read morestruck me as the sleaziest person I've ever dealt with, suggesting things that I believe no attorney with any moral character would and then giving an estimated cost about 5x higher than any other firm in Boise. After a brief discussion with Bryan Norton, he suggested drafting a demand letter "for $1500-2000" and send it to a person I was in a dispute with. He didn't know the details of the case, and seemed more anxious to send a letter that any legit lawyer would charge $300 for rather than hearing what the case was actually about. You know you're dealing with a shady person when they are chomping at the bit to charge you exorbitant fees for something they don't know anything about and don't even want to spend the time to learn about. I would never recommend this hack of a lawyer, and find it hard to believe there are enough fools in the world to keep a guy like this employed.

I know this company is getting a bad rap as lawyers often do, and yes, they are in it to make…read moremoney, as most people do their jobs to make money everybody has to otherwise how would we live? i'm also fairly sure they have a vast amount of education and resources that others don't that they've invested in to be able to utilize. they understood that the woman that hit me and totaled out my car and put me in a back and neck brace for over three months. I did not want to cause her to go bankrupt and I was not seeking anything other than what her insurance policy would cover, which fortunately was a lot. Paul took about his 1/3 which is what accident attorneys take and got me the maximum I could get. which was more than I anticipated from the beginning. he explained he could get more because this was a very involved and expensive case. I had a punctured lung six broken ribs, six fractured vertebrae. but he also explained hourly to go to court would be very expensive and probably couldn't get much more nor did I want to. so he and Melanie were fair and just and very communicative. but like anything, you can get bad car sales people and you can get really good ones, you can get doctors that don't pay attention to what you're saying and then you can get other ones that really care and invest in themselves into listening... my experience was Paul and Melanie invested themselves into my case and it went very well!
