The overwhelming draw for this place is the LOCATION. My word, it's a beautiful and relaxing little spot, right in the sun (although there's also inside seating and shaded half-outdoor seating) and directly on the sea, with a terrific view! If you're in the area, it's a terrific place for an apéro or a light meal. The food was pretty good, I had some gnocchi with a creamy cheese sauce, prosciutto, and hazelnuts, and a small salad on the side. The gnocchi were rich and very generously portioned - I couldn't finish everything - and the salad was simple and a good foil for the cheesy sauce of the pasta. A glass of rosé was served with ice cubes (!!) and a carafe of water was delivered right away for some much-needed refreshment. My meal was tasty, but nothing to necessarily write home about. The location, however, puts Spiaggia way over the top, 10 stars, and is the big reason behind my recommendation.
