At 1130 i told her i was leaving and asked that she refund my deposit to my card. She said ok but called later and said she didnt know how to do a refund on a credit card. She suggested i come back to the shop. I told her that would be a further inconvenience and i was not able to. She said she didnt have to refund because i cancelled the appt and was being difficult. When i said i would follow up with i studio she said it didnt matter since she was an independent contractor. Wow, cant believe how rude and unprofessional she was, will not go back.
