I called the manager over and she dismissed it as a burnt piece of potato. After acknowledging that it wasn't a piece of potato, we filed an incident report with the head office. I had to almost shout at them to remove the food from the carvery, they didn't want to do it!! THAT'S NUTS!!! 2 days later, the head office called and asked us to explain the situation. My partner told them how she doesn't want to visit again and had lost trust in eating out. Their response: Here's some coupons to use at our restaurant. What a joke I haven't received any calls back since this and its been a number of days now. I don't think anybody really cares. You know, they used to feed glass to people to off them. If this happens at the Bull Head's, they offer you a food coupon. What a joke! As they didn't reply, and I gave them an ample chance to, I am forced to seek legal representation. We have never once been disappointed, the food is exquisite, the portions are good and they are really polite and friendly when they take your phone order. The menu is really varied, and they not only deal in traditional indian cuisine but also what they call italian/french/indian fusion. Very contemporary. 27/09/08…read more went on a saturday night was very busy. i had to book in advance for a table. i was told that the meat and vegetables was fresh and were delivered every day. so i placed my order and was waiting about 15 min for the food to come as its cooked fresh in the kitchen by the chefs. my chicken Burma was full of chicken and onions and was lovely. egg fried rice was just cooked right as well. i had ordered a cobra lager and it was just the thing to cool down the spices. was pretty full as the portions was a bit large. then i asked for the desert menu and choose the ice cream. was a great meal and will go back again. 6/10/08 the owner let me take the photos today as it was less busy and i had just got my camera.
