I had recently had an oil change but told them I would pay for one if they could check the transmission fluid. They did the oil change. They then informed me that they weren't able to check the transmission fluid because the system was sealed. They took my money for the oil change I didn't need.

I've called and stopped by the auto center to get just a basic oil change a total of about 5 or 6…read moretimes in the past few weeks and every time there was a 4-5 HOUR wait. Every time I stopped in they told me the wait and I said "I'll just stop back by when it's less busy" and it never got less busy (which is surprising considering I went and called at typically slow times like weekday mornings). I also noticed there's plenty of auto center employees out on smoke breaks and wandering around when there's tons of people waiting 3-4+ hours for a simple oil change that should take 20 minutes. Had to go to Valvoline and pay a little more, but it was worth not waiting 4 hours wandering around walmart. Don't think I'll be back.
