I had doctors who lied about visits that didn't happen lied that I didn't need treatments although they ordered treatments and the Adjuster denied them. Therefore, Pray I get a doctor to get me a MRI & truth would prevail. Not a MRI that was done same building as WC doctor and part of the MRI a blocked image. Whereas, the MRI without a blocked image and of entire foot showed multiple things wrong including a tear. Now, All I could do is just keep praying that the right law office would come to me through a referral, which is how I found Derek James. He came with excellent feedback & I can't say enough good things & I know he will get me the money I deserve. I can't say enough, kind words how this one person made no promises, but he went and did everything that I was told would be done by another attorney at another firm and nothing happened. Mr. James has done more in one month than I got done in months from another Law Firm. And every time I see an email with an E Service of another thing that he is doing for me it puts a smile on my face. And trust me living in pain and workers comp You get no pain and suffering. Once smiled and danced happily vanished. I no longer could dance, walk normally, go to events, work, etc I live in agony!! My son has to pay someone to read to me bc the mind can't focus when in pain, motivation left me & I became a different person. The person who was always helping others be achievers & helping the community feed others etc vanished. Thus, each email with an e server pops up it puts a smile on my face. Hope that the smile will come back with the right treatment & right law firm. Mostly, the right attorney for my case which is Derek James!! I see that smile coming back. Hope! Faith! Moreover, I am confident that he will be able to help me get the right treatments and that I can move forward in life and live without this pain. When I am able to function again. In addition, I believe that truth prevails and I am in the right hands that I know God has sent me to this firm through a referral from another Law Firm. I'm sorry for those who have given any bad reviews, but I'm glad that the firm has responded that when you get certified mail or you get phone calls or emails answer them. Be available & usedue diligence in being your own advocate that you can help your attorney by being there to answer those calls. Don't put everything into the lap of your Attorney. They need you as a client to be able to respond in a timely manner so they can do their job. And trust me, God would've never sent me to this firm if this firm was not a good firm.
