RUN! as far and as fast as you can! If you are considering using this guy for your taxes, I have a word of advice: RUN!!! As far and fast as you can! This ignorant idiot has serious anger issues, is a bully, doesn't have an ounce of professionalism, and clearly disrespects women who tell him "no". He called my place of business on "behalf" of one of my subcontractors. He started making demands. He became irate when I refused to give him information, not knowing him from any stranger who might be running a scam phone call. For about 10 minutes he spewed obscenities, insults and threats towards my business and me personally. I told him I would be happy to give my subcontractor any tax documents he needed but I would not deal with him. He refused to listen, screaming F bombs repeatedly, talking over anything I tried to say. I put him on speaker so the other staff in the office could be witness to his abominable behavior. He threatened IRS action if I did not comply with his demands (smacks of a scam!) He repeatedly called me stupid and made various threats. He screamed that he would "come down there" and that "I couldn't stop him" when I responded that I would call law enforcement if he did. I realized I was wasting my time and energy on a lowlife, so I hung up on him. After that he called my office at least 5 more times. He was screaming that he was a "registered agent with the IRS", and would take "whistleblower action" against me, and that we were "unprofessional". Really?!? He tried to draw another staff member into an argument and was hung up on two more times. At the last call he was told if he wanted further communication it could be to my attorney. He called back several more times and was ignored. Looking at this kid's profile, he is a self-proclaimed tax "expert" who has been in business less than two years. He works out of his house. Not sure where he got his "experience" that he boasts of, or his "great communication skills" listed in his profiles, but don't believe a word of it! He has the nerve to call someone else unprofessional with that behavior? He is a two-bit shark, probably a con artist, out to get your money, and will berate, bully, threaten and scream at anyone who gets in his way! He should probably be behind bars. read more

Incredible service. When you are going through tax issues and other debt problems, often times you stick your head in the sand, thinking that somehow the issues will go away. Just thinking about confronting the problem with the IRS made me frozen in inactivity and denial for years. I was contacted by several of the bigger tax service companies purporting to help with personal tax problems. But the prices and their attitude showed that these companies were actually helping themselves by playing to my fears in order to charge exorbitant fees. Spies was the opposite. They really gave me a concierge hands on guidance. At first I felt traumatized by the entire issue, but little by little felt more confident because I learned I was in good hands. I' am an attorney in New York City, so I felt extremely ashamed at having fallen so behind (5 years) on my taxes, after my divorce. Creighton Spies, is incredible. In my practice, my clients are often as paralyzed by their legal problems as I was with my tax issues. I learned that anyone can fall into hard times for many different reasons. Even if you think you can deal with IRS on your own, from personal experience I know that sometimes you can't. I will recommend him to all my clients, friends and family, if they are struggling with taxes, debts, etc. Lastly, I' am so grateful for Spies guidance that I told them that I will be happy to speak with anyone regarding my personal experience.
