It felt like we were bothering her just by asking to be seated, after about 20 min of waiting for her to get approval from a manager to sit us in the dining area our waitress came out and told us it was ok to sit anywhere. Thankfully, our waitress, I believe her name was Mercie, completely turned things around. She apologized right away, got our drinks and food out quickly, checked on us often, and made sure we had a great experience. The location is nice, the games are fun and we enjoyed the wings and cocktails. Better communication and customer service at the front would make a huge difference. If it weren't for the kids wanting to play games, we probably would have left but Mercie's excellent service made the visit worthwhile.

The last time we went specific for mini bowling with 2 young adults. We called to ensure they are working. Upon arrival, a sign informed us that it is under maintenance! A major disappointment! There are 100+ games available and there are a few more empty space for additional games. The place is clean, but they allow gamers to drink beer while engage in their game. There were about 5 empty beer mugs on some of machines! Good news, the mini bowling lanes are fully working. We played mini bowling twice! They still have air hockey, basketball, Monopoly, phot booth, Terminator, etc. All machines we tried were in working order! Several groups or families were engaged in competition.
