This place is a complete joke. You have to have a players card. Some machines take cash, some don't. You have to have worker set up the card. Nope. Walked-in, friendly staff gave info., but too controlling for this free spirit:) read more

Tiny dump I went to when I visited my daughter this summer. Certainly will not be back.The establishment needs a good cleaning and reeked. Also did not talk to one single person there that day that said they were having a winning day of any kind. Staff was not friendly at all. Dont waste you time. Go to a REAL casino. read more

Located in Immokalee of Alligator Alley, this casino and hotel has had improvements over the years…read more While part of it is nonsmoking, there isn't a wall separating the sections so part of the nonsmoking definitely will smell smoke. They have quite a few new games I haven't seen before and a lot of the classics/standards. The zig zag lounge seems to have music daily and when we were there it was No Way Back and they were pretty good. They have a deli and noodle restaurant that I saw but there may be another I missed. Machines didn't seem to be overly happy but every day is different. There is plenty of free parking.

I've gone into this place for over 2 years, mainly because it's less than 3 blocks from my home…read more Evelyn and Rosa have always been polite, no complaints of them at all. However, I had heard from more than 1 person if you won, they will band you! Well, I was band yesterday. Yep it took 2 years for me to actually win, I won about 2500 bucks, oh and I tipped Rosa 4 or 5 hundred bucks. I have poured hundreds of dollars into this place. This owner, rather than approaching the customers he wants banned (for winning) puts the dirty work on his staff. I have been friendly with Rosa and Evelyn the past few years, I know that was not easy for them to have to tell me along with the other customers they have banned. I was told that over 10 people have now been banned from here all for what, for winning. Now tell me, why would someone go into a place pour money into a machine and never win. I actually feel like an idiot for going in here over and over to hardly ever win. I remember a year ago I hit a major , within an hour the owner came in, emptied the cash from the machine, and turned it off, ridiculous. I guarantee the 500 major that I won, I paid for it 5 times. All the times I saw this creep of an owner, he never said hello to anyone. The day I won he came in within 15 minutes, I actually thought he congratulate me, nope, he looked at me as if I did something wrong. Avoid this place at all cost, avoid anything in that plaza, this owner owns the plaza. I will spread the news, this man has no business being in business and surely not an arcade! You will never win twice at this place. Evelyn and Rosa your too good for this piece of crap, what he is doing to people is wrong, I hope you find a new job and no longer support this scumbag, he doesn't deserve you two. If you think he's right, then I was wrong about you, people talk, this will spread and I will be on doing so!

Having played here regularly for the last eight years, I have witnessed inconsistency in dealer quality and a shocking lack of knowledge regarding standard TDA rules. During my last trip playing No-Limit Hold'em, a dealer missed the last player to act on the turn. While that player was putting out a bet, the dealer prematurely burned and turned the river card. The dealer then attempted to let the player take their bet back while keeping the exposed river card live. As a player in the hand, I had to correct the dealer, explaining that the card needed to be reshuffled and the bet had to stand. The dealer agreed to the reshuffle but still let the player pull back their bet. When I called for a floor ruling, the narrative magically changed: the dealer lied and claimed the player never bet in the first place. When I requested a surveillance camera check to verify the action, the floor supervisor flatly refused, saying, "We're not checking the camera." When management refuses to use the tools at their disposal to correct staff incompetence or dishonesty, it's time to walk away. Do yourself a favor and play at the Hard Rock in Tampa instead.

The problem was I finally hit a bonus game and that's when their machine bugs out. The bonus screen was still up and showing I hadn't used any attempts at a bonus during the game yet. Their response? That it wasn't their problem and I had to eat it without any sort of compensation. Not even a reimbursement of the spin used to trigger the bonus. Then they have the audacity to ask if I want to cash out my $2 and go play it another machine. I tell them no I would just like my cash back to which they respond they can't do that because it's not $5 and that they can only cash out $5 or more. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. If you can't afford to at least compensate $0.40 on a spin because your machine malfunctioned then you must really be hurting for money. Which I find highly unlikely considering there was at least 10 people in there. Needless to say I walked out and will most likely never return. I highly advise anyone in the area looking to play Slots to avoid this place at all costs. Worst arcade experience I have ever had in my life.

I was impressed with the two-person production of "Six Dance Lessons In Six Weeks." Funny, sad and poignant, the show bravely touched upon topical subjects like the tragic outcome of backroom abortions, religious hypocrisy and more. The performers were perfectly cast, with acts cleverly separated by vintage film clips. (Amazing how the actors were able to change costume so quickly!) If Saturday's performance is typical of Players Circle, they're now on my radar. In fact, before writing this, I went online and purchased tix for Godspell, which artistic director Robert Cacioppo said is their most ambitious musical yet!

The cast was hilarious and showed off their excellent acting skills, even the children's ensemble. The Historic Arcade Theatre is beautiful inside and has seats that recline while you watch the show. The stage is just large enough to give everyone a good view and cozy vibe. They offer a full bar and snacks in the lobby. The theater also has convenient free parking for theater goers in a lot right next to the theater. We are glad we tried this theater group out and are excited to attend future shows. It looks like the Florida Repertory Theatre keeps a busy schedule with many shows throughout the year, most of which I have never heard of. Pro tip: the front left side of the theater by the door can be a little loud when traffic drives by outside. I would avoid sitting right by the door if possible.

Also the train was swaying back and forth causing me to get a bit nauseous. The food itself was all pretty good! The cheese and fruit plate, potato and leek soup, pretzel roll, and salad were all great starters. I was satisfied with the meal before my entree even arrived! My family and I tried all of the different options (prime rib, salmon, and chicken) and thought they all tasted good. Though I could have done without cranberries in my rice... The dessert was small and light for a cheesecake. Food was surprisingly better than we thought. As for the show, I definitely didn't get how we were supposed to deduce the killer. But the actors did a great job and it was overall a fun night.

The tickets are expensive (makes sense...you're getting a show, a 5-course meal, and riding a train) and being able to buy separately was really helpful for us. Everything the night of the event ran like clockwork. Boarding the train was easy and fun. We had a table in the Gasparilla train car with lovely servers who took care of us all night. Drinks are pretty reasonable (ice tea and water are included, but you can purchase soda, beer, wine, cocktails) and you can even get a full bottle of wine for your table which you can take home if you don't finish onboard. The meal was better than I expected. It started with a fruit and cheese plate, then we had hot pretzel rolls an butter, a delicious potato leek soup, a salad, and then the appetizer. Our choices were prime rib (friends said it was delicious), chicken francese (I loved it) and salmon. Dessert was a cheesecake. The performers were very animated and enthusiastic. These murder mystery shows are always hard for me to actually follow and figure out. I appreciate all that goes into it, but I wish I was a better sleuth. My only issue is that the train ride itself is VERY long at 3 - 3.5 hours. I love a nice train ride, but I wonder if they could shave a little time off the ride.

This is one of the best arcades and I've been going since day one . When Heidi opened up my mom and I live so close we were there several times a week and of course we win some and lose some unfortunately my mother passed away. We used to go every Mother's Day and we could. The last time I went was right before the virus hit and they had to close so I can't wait for you to open again Heidi I'm ready pockets loaded. This is the cleanest arcade I have been in. At 6 o'clock they offer food brought in catered from different restaurants I do know that Jets Pizza is one of my favorites they bring they also have wine sodas water and snacks. Bingo on the hour and I never played bingo but I've won three times this year. Of course as long as you are having fun that's all that matters. The restrooms are the cleanest and this was before the virus you can't get any cleaner than this arcade! Hats off to the staff very friendly and courteous and I can't wait to come back. I was hoping you'd be open for Mother's Day tomorrow even though my mom is not with me she'll be there in spirit I called tonight but no answer so I'll call tomorrow morning and see if you're able to re-open you have a lot of people that love you and we miss you! Oh and by the way the people that have given spin city 777 a bad review well they're from out of town it's not Vegas people this is a small fun arcade for people to enjoy. My husband and I really enjoy coming to Spin City. Great friendly Staff and clean safe environment. Free beverages and snacks. They make us feel like we are family. It's just a really fun relaxing place to go and play without the crowds, noise and smoke of the big casinos. The Staff make sure to take your temp.upon entering and clean all of the machines before and after use. Shields to divide machines upon request. Spin City is probably the nicest Casino arcade in the Fort Myers area. The staff is extremely friendly. They have close to 70 machines, and a very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Not sure what the last review is about, but this casino arcade is a lot larger than a condo unit. They offer meals to their players as well as snacks. They also have hourly free bingo for prizes as well. read more
