If you're looking for a fun night with the family stay away from this place. We had to wait as we didn't have reservations, no problem. Went for a drink at the bar while waiting. The bartender didn't know how to smile. Didn't know how to use the TVs in a sports bar, ignored 3 times out empty glasses without checking on us and then disappeared to the bathroom for 10 minutes leaving the bar unattended. Couldn't get a second drink and had to wait for my check. We then were called for a lane. They put us on a lane where the screen didn't work so we called someone over. The manager came over and said let me take a look. He then proceeded to disappear and not come back. Another employee told us we didn't need the screen and we could play without it. We then noticed the bumpers still up from a previous guest. Had to ask the desk to lower them. Anywhere else I have been it's a push of a button, not here the guy had to go down the lane and remove 3 bricks that were holding the bumpers up.!! Could this get anymore ghetto !! Our server bought half of the order and placed it on the wrong lane. When asking where the drinks were she was oh over there and upon asking for the other half of the order the response was oh yeah !! Had a great time at this bowling alley. Updated bowling lanes with lights and interactive fun on the screen. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of bowling balls to choose from to play. The lanes have comfortable seating if you get 2 lanes you have a full wrap around for the party. They offer food options but i did not order any. Staff were nice and pleasant . Recommended you look on Groupon for the bowling deal. We had 2 hrs with 6 people including shoes for $60. read more

Not what it used to be. Increased pricing with no additional benefits for new and old customers. They have weekly specials, but they are not kid friendly. Which will take away from your biggest clientele and will continue to hurt the business. Management, your weekly special's Night Strike are too late for school days so family with kids will least likely not come. "After Party" starting at 9pm is cool for adults, but your bar prices are too high for this to be a hangout for long term clients. Just trying to leave an honest review because the ones who suffer are the servers and cooks who will end up having to look for employment elsewhere due to improper business decisions. If it were possible I would give it negative stars. Starting off, the staff was less than welcoming and were mostly spaced out. Secondly, the eating area looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1987. Lastly, since Bowlero took over prices have more than doubled. 2 games for 4 children ended up being 150 dollars. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you just like flushing money away. If that's the case reach out. I'll take your money and give you an equally crappy experience read more

Absolutely terrible what this new management has done to the bowling alley we used to love so much. They raised their prices way too much. The food and service is horrible. They do not honor the Kids Bowl Free summer program so that affects much of the Cape Coral community, especially kids who's parents can't afford these ridiculous prices. Went a couple of weeks back but just for food, have bowled and eaten here many times in the past. Nothing like before, new management needs to roll it back. The service was great, food not so much. Will be playing in a Tuesday night league in the fall. Will be eating before but not at the alley as will most others who use to eat there. Bring back the old menu and cooks. When we walked in on a Saturday evening, maybe 5:30 or 5:45, the guy at the counter told us how the NEW Bowlero worked. You paid by the game he said, $5.49 per person per game. You give him a credit card and pay at the end. My partner had his own shoes so we got one pair of shoes. We bowled 3 games and ate (another $65), and when we checked out the bill was over $60. I questioned it and he said, "oh, after 6 o'clock the rate changes to $8.49 per person per game". Why in the world did he not tell is that when we walked in? ALL games were charged at the higher rate. Also, when we left we noticed they charged for 2 pairs of shoes even though we clearly only got one pair. Then the staff got snippity and the manager would not come over to solve anything as she was too busy. Their answer to our over charging -- We will refund your 1st charge in 3-5 days and recharge you the same amount minus one shoe rental. Good grief -- over $130 to bowl for a couple of hours is ridiculous and the staff is not friendly. read more

Absolutely worst place I've ever been when it comes to bowling. I was told it was going to be 5$ and some change per person. They then tried to charge me 8$ and some change per person. They then hit me with fees for shoe rentals which I had never been told about until the end. They do not tell you about any fees , the staff is extremely slow and uneducated about how to run a business . Good luck getting any food orders placed unless you walk up and make someone come over. And then the food was uncooked. I will never go back. And as a business owner myself , I will never recommend this place to anyone. Blows my mind with how unprofessional this place is. worst bowling! We live down the Street and use to enjoy Head Pinz . Today I went with myself and 3 kids . Were told it was $6.50 per kid . Well they charge a service fee. And it was $75 . no servers anymore , had to order at the Bar . Where you pick up the Ball , was so filthy , with dirt dust and rotten fries . Yuk . Definitely going to loose customers. read more

I'll start off with signed up for a league went to the meeting. There not only was there no meeting but the staff including the manager had no clue that there even was a a league meeting and couldn't find the league at all. The manager was supposed to call me back and let me at least know something about the league and NEVER DID. I called back 5 days later to once again inquire about the league. Spoke to the day manager who told me I didn't speak to a manager that she was the only fully trained manager there. Well she had no info for me either. I called there today starting at 12:00 to inquire about the open house. All I got was a voice Mail but couldn't leave a message it was full. Called who I was to assume was the corporate number only to be told that the phones probably had a lag to switching over well it's 12:40 and the same voicemail was heard. Pretty long lag time. I heard that bowlero was terrible and was hoping that wasn't the case. To my surprise the info was correct. Just terrible read more

Had so many high expectations because of past visits when it used to be HeadPinz, but it was literally the worst bowling experience I have ever had. We reserved two lanes for a big group on a Friday night and it was over $640, but it was "prime" time so we agreed to pay. We had to pay a $20 credit per person for food and beverage consumption that we ultimately used up. BUT THE WORST PART WAS THE SMELL. The smell radiating from the bathrooms was absolutely REVOLTING to the point where my daughter was actually gagging while using the restroom. There was no soap anywhere in the bathroom at all, and the sewer smell carried through the entire half of the arcade and our bowling lanes. Everyone we saw in the arcade was trying not to breathe. The arcade was plentiful and filled with lots of game but overpriced. 7 credits for air hockey, 10 credits for large stuffed animal, some multiplayer games needed more credits to play on one side than the other, like the Nerf game. The food was not great, another expectation we had from when it used to be Nemo's. The nachos were tasteless, the tacos had stale tortilla chips on top, but the pizza was decent. Food is overpriced, appetizer sampler $33 and so small we had to order two. Service was not great, but there are only a handful of workers. We will certainly not be going back and the smell is still stuck in my nose. read more
