If you're looking for a fun night with the family stay away from this place. We had to wait as we didn't have reservations, no problem. Went for a drink at the bar while waiting. The bartender didn't know how to smile. Didn't know how to use the TVs in a sports bar, ignored 3 times out empty glasses without checking on us and then disappeared to the bathroom for 10 minutes leaving the bar unattended. Couldn't get a second drink and had to wait for my check. We then were called for a lane. They put us on a lane where the screen didn't work so we called someone over. The manager came over and said let me take a look. He then proceeded to disappear and not come back. Another employee told us we didn't need the screen and we could play without it. We then noticed the bumpers still up from a previous guest. Had to ask the desk to lower them. Anywhere else I have been it's a push of a button, not here the guy had to go down the lane and remove 3 bricks that were holding the bumpers up.!! Could this get anymore ghetto !! Our server bought half of the order and placed it on the wrong lane. When asking where the drinks were she was oh over there and upon asking for the other half of the order the response was oh yeah !! This place is poorly run, the manager was clueless and the employees no better. Don't waste your money or time on this place. read more

The fun of bowling is slipping away from our league. Last week, Bowlero Midpoint canceled league night for repairs, which we understood and respected. But tonight, on lanes 13 and 14, along with others, we faced constant issues: incorrect scores, miscounted pins, and frequent breakdowns. We understand the equipment is over 50 years old and that sourcing parts is a challenge. We appreciate the effort of those working behind the scenes to fix the problems as they arise. But communication matters. The manager should be out there updating us, it would make a difference. Instead, we're left frustrated and in the dark, and honestly, it's just not fun anymore. Have the owners ever come down to observe these lanes on a league night? I'd be surprised if they have. When lanes constantly malfunction, it's frustrating for everyone,, especially for those of us who aren't top-tier bowlers. The distractions put our entire team at a disadvantage. The issues are so bad, we've considered leaving the league, but we don't want to let our league members down. Something needs to change. read more

This is a review i should have given months ago if the employees that see this are the one that saw my webpage review just know that i thank you everstill when i walked in hoping for a water and generosity as i had been looking to have some water in my tent with my mom and dad outside a walmart after me ex sued us for thousands we did not have after lying and then said lies about us but this little choice would save our lives as i was suprised with a job offer of course this seemed like a thing that wouldn't last and if did it wouldnt change us but after my coworker found out my issue the saved money and this was jsut enough to sue for defamation on my ex which saved us and got us out of the mud i now have worked up the ranks and after getting a different corporate job as a graphic designer for apple i now make six figures thank you bowlero for saving us read more
