I usually go to their College rd. corner 27th in ocala, fla. Not really a very clean place & old, but bec its most convenient to me. I just needed to wash our comforters & curtains once a month. Some of their dryers don't function well & looks rusty. If your coins get stuck, you're not gonna get them back. for only $2.50 they won't give refund me. too bad, they just lost a customer....I'm not going back to that rundown place. read more

When I arrived there things was quiet and the attendant was already there. One washing machine wasn't working properly, and one of the dryers. The other washing machines, and dryers were working properly but I did notice that one dryer door wasn't staying shut when on. The Business was halfway clean, but dryers had not been cleaned out. First time I had seen someone there this early in a while it was 9:00 am. Since there was no one else there at the time I decided to say good morning to the attendant. She did not look at me and she did not respond. I figured maybe she didn't hear me so I shrugged it off proceeded to do my laundry. Other people arrived and said good morning to her and she did not answer them either. One elderly couple had a question about the laundry and she did not respond. I said good morning to her as she was standing only 3 ft from me she did not look at me and did not respond at all. There was a young couple that come in with several children and she responded good morning to them and even chatted with them for a minute. The children were very unruly to the point of riding in the laundry carts. The parents pushing them around in the laundry carts, and playing bumper cars with a baby stroller and the laundry carts! They were Screaming as if they were on a carnival ride! The attendant did nothing to stop this even though she saw it. There was one person that had PTSD, and had to go outside because they could not stand it. This is why I am changing my rating from five stars to one. read more

Spin City Laundromat in Silver spring Shores on Maricamp Rd has only 1 laundry cart. i ve been usibg this laundromat fir many years and it seems like this place is really going down. We as customers who spends money every week shouldn't have to deal with this we cant help that people are stealing your carts its a shame that you are doing thus too your customers who are supporting you're business there are a lit of elderly people who comes in there struggling to get their baskets inside ti do their laundry and for you to only have 1 laundry baskets for about at least 50+ people a day coming in and out of there throughout the day your not showing you care about your customers if you don't fix this you are going to lose a lot of your customers people are arguing over 1 basket this is not good. read more

I had a bad experience here a few weeks ago with a very nasty attendant - I decided to give it to another chance,and it was no better- I use a walker I have mobility problems and sadly they lock the bathrooms- really? The attendant announces " does anyone need to use the bathroom I'm getting ready to leave for the day" - well lady I don't need to go now but in 30 minutes I might.. how about I spend another $35 doing laundry here! My 1st & ONLY visit to this laundromat! I have traveled up & down east coast & to date this is the dirtiest laundry I've come across. Floors, machines don't look like they have been cleaned in days if not longer. Change machine doesn't work, laundry credit card purchased on site didn't work in some of the washers. And there are no cates to transfer laundry. EXTREMELY DISPLEASNT experience. And where's the attendant? ​​whoever gave this place the rating showing on liberal must have been family & friends. My advice find another laundry & walk in before you carry in 6 large loads. Oh and prices very high. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible this is by far the WORST LAUNDROMAT I've ever been too. I travel and I've never experienced the treachery that occurred here. To start there was no wire rolling baskets to put your clothes the tables to fold were disgusting some weird sticky red residue. The worst part. These machines destroyed all of my favorite clothes. Ones that can't be replaced the feel of the fabric went from silky to scratchy The pilling is awful. The threads snapped and frayed out the sides I don't even know how it's possible to destroy clothes as terribly as these machines did. No attendant on sight. No help from customer service. Do yourself a favor and run stay away from this place don't give them your money and don't ruin your clothes. read more

Spin city gives you a choice of doing your own laundry or having them do it for you. They have lots of big commercial washing machines and dryers and so it's easy to find the right size to fit what you doing. The place is clean and well lit, and has lots of folding tables. All the machines take quarters--you need to bring dollar bills, fives tens or 20s for the change machines. There's not much seating and the TV is too loud all the time, but you won't be there very long anyway. I washed a bunch of king-size mattress pads and comforters and they came out great, and it didn't take long at all. There is a staff person there during the day to help, if you need it. There is lots of convenient parking right out front. The sliding door opens when you walk up to it so you don't have to fumble with the door. read more
