Thankful to locals that explained how it works. If you are a first time visitor make sure you keep your eyes open for people leaving from the back, there are several booths located where you won't see if they are empty, so walk back and check, it is self serve seating, no hostess. If you want to sit at the bar you don't have to wait on line. The area where the booths are located gas a mural that goes along all the walls even into the restroom area...really cool. Coffee is hot and fresh served in cups that reminded me of the blue speckled tin camping mugs we used when we camped, but hard plastic. FYI coffee is .45 during breakfast hours, yes that is right .45 not a typo. My omelet and hash browns were great, lots of veggies and sausage and the hash browns were extra crispy like I asked. I stopped in after a Drs visit today and despite a little pushback from Tricare, the Medicine Box…read morewas able to square me away. Having not been in their system, and Tricare stating I had other health insurance, I was likely going to pay the full $150+ for my prescription. The Medicine box, promptly called Tricare, obtained a callback number, gave concise directions on what needed to happen. After being given a writing pen, paper with notes, I called Tricare and the matter was resolved in minutes. All while having given me the tools to rectify the situation, the Box had already filled my meds, so that when I followed their instructions in how to handle Tricare, I recieved my meds, paid $5.20. What a seamless process, despite the specialty, the med, or the pharmacy, this made the first time Tricare has ever covered a prescription, even having Tricare for Life! Looks like I have a new Pharmacy for Life!!! Outstanding customer service that will go above and beyond!!

I did an express delivery from Walmart yesterday and had a mixed experience, but in a good way…read more At first, I was going to do a regular delivery, but then was concerned about waiting for it would throw off my schedule. So I canceled that order. However, when I rescheduled it for express I accidentally doubled some of the quantities and didn't realize it until it was delivered. The delivery itself went smoothly. I opted to keep some of the extra and returned 3 items, but was only required to return 1 of the items. I then ended up donating the other 2 items I didn't have to return but recieved a refund for to my church's children's department. Win win!!!

I got so sad today when I overheard a little old man practically almost crying when the pharmacist…read morewas being so mean to him they only had one month of his medicine and it was so important for him to have three months like he always get and they told him to take what he get and when he runs out to come back and then they would order it and it would take two weeks if they were able to get it ( BIG IF) meaning he would be without his medicine for two weeks and he called his wife tell her in which he said if he ran out of his medicine he would go into cardiac arrest he was panicking. So he asked the pharmacist if she could call the Walmart pharmacy or the cvs and she said I'll call cvs and that's it I'm not gonna be calling around for you every where. But you would think you would go into this field trying to help some people who need their medicine to live daily. Show up to find out it is still not done and it may not get done tonight!! Then was told by 9pm tonight like it don't matter if you need your meds or not! They don't care, she claims no pharmacist for 2 days. Drove here 2 times this is ridiculous! I use to deal with Walgreens in Nevada and thought I'd switch back but I will not deal with this pharmacy again. The one in Nevada I went to never in years went through this. I would think people who show up for the meds would have a better chance of getting them done, then she says there's over a 100 ahead of me!!!! Gas is cheap I guess to keep running 30 min one way to be told it's not done yet. I guess next would be to call the corporate office to let them know how their pharmacy is being ran.
