I came in the door with my son who can barely walk and waited close to 10 minutes before being waiting in. a young girl asked me what I needed help with and I told her my son had a prescription sent over for a shoe-- I couldn't even finish before she said "we don't have those- all need e have is diabetic shoes, and even if we did we do not bill insurance so you would have to pay for it" I never asked to have insurance billed or anything about payment! I was more than prepared to pay for what was needed!! I had to help my son back out to my car while she turned and huffed back to her seat where she had sat when we came in. I am so disappointed in how I was treated, and the lack of compassion for others!
