Really great service and they did a great job. I need my window removed since it's illegal in Rhode Island to have dark window tint and they were able to get four side windows and my rear window removed in about 2 1/2 hours. The employees there were professional and friendly and the sitting area was clean. They had a coffee and water station for those waiting and a bathroom inside. Ishmael is an expert tinter and one of the best I've ever seen in Massachusetts. I asked him to tint my Infiniti Q60 right to the edge of the window (a technique not often used around here). I scheduled an appointment to have a windshield to be installed . I had the garage door open so they could see the car that they were going to work on. Stayed home and waited for them to show up for the scheweld appointment. no one showed up so i called the home office and was told that they where already been there . no one call or knock on the door . so i looked on my security cameras to see if they came, and it showed me the truck pull in turn around and leave . no one got out of the truck to find out if i was home . My front door was open and no one came to the door. I called back to find out why and the owner was rude very disrespectful Told me they don't knock on front doors and if i don't like how we do business go somewhere else. I wish I had found this place sooner! After reading the reviews and checking out their Facebook page, I decided to take my brand new Altima in to them for tint. I called on Monday morning and made an appointment for 11:00 on Tuesday. AS SOON as I arrived, my car was taken back. They know their stuff, are polite and were reassuring regarding the repairs they do, in our case a windshield replacement on a 4Runner. Swung by to enquire on what's involved and cost, was given an appointment for later in the day and waited an hour for the job to be done. Had my windows tinted on my brand new pick up truck that I bought not to long ago. When I picked up the truck the job that was done was unacceptable. When going back and asking them to fix it was given nothing but attitude. They agreed to fix it for free, when dropping off the truck the owner had said with attitude "well this is the risk you run with after market tints" when really it's nothing more than the lack of prep work on their part. When picking up my truck later that day after work the owner was showing me the work that was done he had a very combative attitude torwards me. They never rehung my automatic starter for the second time !! When going in and politely asking for them to put it back up I was verbally attacked and abused by the owner of the company. He was raising his voice and swearing at me due to their poor quality of work and making it feel like it was my fault. I would highly not recommend this place of business not worth the headaches and aggravation. read more

We just moved to Middletown, so I was a tad worried about finding someone willing to drive to the island. I certainly didn't want to be motoring around with a busted-up windshield. Turns out that they already had an appointment near us that day and were able to fit us in before they closed. On a Friday. This is double rad because I called around 11:00am. The two guys that showed up were totally professional and worked quickly.
