The employees there were professional and friendly and the sitting area was clean. They had a coffee and water station for those waiting and a bathroom inside. Citywide returned my call immediately and scheduled a person to come out that weekend to take measurements. He was there over an hour and a half carefully measuring the space to ensure a tight fit. I knew then I was in good hands. The quote came back at the exact amount I was told to expect by the builder. I happily handed over my credit card number. Citywide was able to order and install the shower door before I moved in, which another contractor ( who never called back after the first conversation) told me was impossible. Their work was flawless. They were very polite and professional and installed the door with no issues. I called a few days later to have them check for a possible seal issue and they sent a team out immediately. I could not have been happier with the service Citywide provided. I show up about 15 minutes early, message him that I'm there and get no response. I wait about 30 minutes, call, and get sent to voicemail. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses.
