I came into beyond exercise with the intention of just using their anti gravity treadmill to get into running, but ended up working with Ellen, one of the PTs. It was a great decision -- she listened to me and what my goals were (Olympic lifting, triathlons, rock climbing, hiking) and tailored exercises to make sure I could get back into everything I wanted to do!
