I'm black & blue, barely able to walk or sit down. Staff didn't even have me finish filling out my paperwork because "my injury was beyond their scope for the clinic." "We are not going to treat you, you should go to the ER." No stethoscope, no range of motion testing, no strength/weakness testing-ABSOLUTELY NOTHING... except made sure I paid that $120 copay I was asked about it 3 times including on the way out the door. The MA even had the audacity to ASK the staff to confirm in front of me as she was pushing me out the door to confirm like I was lying about it! I asked her if she had a discharge paper for me. She said "no I don't have anything for you. The exit door is right over there though." Completely unprofessional. The MA was RUDE. Chris the PA spoke respectfully while committing insurance fraud charging for services that were not rendered. If he had just said "I'm sorry I can't help you, you really need to go to the ER" instead of taking $120 for not evaluating/treating me. I would've completely respected that. The MA snatching the medical forms away that I had not been there long enough to complete showed me how unimportant their patients are. We are all just dollar signs.

So I had to contact my doctor office again and they faxed the order again - to both numbers just to be sure - a week later, Beacon central line told me again that they never received the orders, despite me having confirmations for the dates and times the orders were faxed. So here I am, the patient, playing the middle man between the Tri-Health Blue Ash Internal Medicine and Beacon Orthopedics just trying to get help for my back pain. Taking my business somewhere else. Beacon sucks.

Called with serious neck pain and Dr. Rohmiller was booked solid. I was given an appt with Dr. Sowers but saw his PA Michael Browning. I am scheduled for an Ablation on NOV4 and have to wait that long because of insurance and the space of the the one I had previously. MIchael suggested a steroid pack to give me immediate relief and before I even got home, there was a message from Walgreens that I could pick up the script. He said we could also possibly fit in an Epidural if I thought it was necessary. We had to get this handled quickly as I am having shoulder replacement on NOV 7. He listened patiently and explained the xray and was very concerned about getting me some immediate relief. It was a pleasant experience to be listened to and not feel rushed. Refused to see me after waiting in the lobby for a total of 30 minutes, gave me no option to actually bill my insurance since it already went to collections and offered no other alternative options. I hobbled myself out in tears and made an appointment at beacon. Don't even waste your time with this place

Dr. Mark Johnson is the first Chiropractor that covered ALL the bases....he even worked on my jaw...I was suffering from nerve pain in my left foot for months... first thinking I had a hair-line fracture, but the XRAY showed nothing. I should have gone to Dr. Johnson first and saved on the price of the XRAY..after my adjustment the pain lessened and within 3 days was barely noticed at all. I have several problems with my neck and spine. Feeling so much better already. Thank You...Thank You... Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I also was pregnant 2015-2016 and he helped my pregnancy a lot and when my baby was born I noticed some shoulder issues from delivery so took him in and low and behold I was right! First 6 week old adjusted at his office. I've taken him since then and he lays down as a 1 yr old and is perfectly content dr Johnson is very intelligent knowledgable and gentle for my son!
