The office environment is clean, well lit, follows CDC protocols. The personnel is friendly and fast to help you. I went in for consultation and was diagnosed with a neck situation which involved vertebras C5, C6,C7 and collapsed disks. Procedures is called ACDF. Between check in, surgery and recovery it took approx 4 hours then went home. Adriana came 35 min late & did not ask the patient her reason to come , but started shouting that 'Why she did not got the test done, given by a previous Dr. for carpus tunnel' She was shouting loud at her- to the point where other patients & nurses started staring in - God only knows, is she a sane person?? My mother 70 +years old, hard of hearing , uses a walker ,takes alot of energy for her to park car and walk all the way to the clinical to deal with this kind of behavior! i was close to calling 911 on her,for Harassment !! Next day She complained to Ombudsman office, waiting for an action-Clev clinic has such Doctors !
