I walk into the place and they tell me I've been booked in for a diff day. I have made the trip in twice just to be turned back. I do shift work so there is no way I can book that far in advance especially since I don't have my work schedule. It would be impossible for me to book Oct. 25 as I book around my work shifts and I don't have my schedule. After making the massage appt. I confirm the day, date and time before hanging up and they repeat it back to me. How can they still screw up? I was in two car accidents and need my therapy , its the only thing that seems to help. I definitely won't be recommending this place to anymore friends or family members. The massage therapists are losing business because of the incompetence of the receptionists. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
