I have only been with Spinks for 4 years. They were great at first. Last 2 years NOBODY will answer the phone. When I leave messages after messages NOBODY returns a phone call. I don't understand how people love them so much. How can people love them when they won't answer or return phone calls. How can they get any business? read more

Over the past several years my wife and I have used H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt to prepare our taxes. We have been dissatisfied every year with the time and cost involved with their services. None or the agents had the expertise to accomplish our taxes with out getting assistance from other employees. We just had our 2018 taxes completed at Spinks Tax & Accounting. Wonderful service. They are very knowledgable and efficient. In less than 45 minutes we were finished with no interruptions to "try to figure out how to accomplish" and complete our taxes. This was accomplished at a fraction of the cost we paid either of our previous preparers. We have recommended them to family and friends. They have our business from now on. read more
