I canceled my service Because nowhere in contract does it state I cannot put them in my dumpster. After calling every day after my cancellation to see if they were coming to get it I was told it was on schedule for today. Three weeks in a row. When I asked about my refund they said it could take up to 5 weeks depending on my bank. This is bull crap. It only takes a day to credit it back to my bank card or a half a day if submitted before 2:00 for my bank. They also told me they could not issue a refund until the dumpster was picked up. So I took the initiative to load it on my trailer and deliver straight to their parking lot full of a months worth of stinky trash. Since they kept fumbling and giving me the run around which was a big inconvenience. Should have charged them for fuel Since I was coming from two towns away. I just called again and told them it was delivered two days ago by me, lady told me it was scheduled to be picked up today. I couldn't help but laugh. I think that's just something they're trained to say when they're giving you some more run around like a Democrat politician. Well it's delivered give me my refund. Here you go.

When Quilltylun Hall called me and told me the job was completed I sent him the remaining balance, as I took his word for completing the job since I was unable to verify in person. Mr. Hall never picked up the junk from the yard like was agreed upon. On several occasions he told me that he would retrieve the junk once he "got his trailer back". After the third attempt of me asking him to complete the job he was paid for, he stopped responding to me. Also his wife, Emerald, never responded either. I would avoid them completely. I would've been happy to continue giving them business, but they decided trying to scam me for a few hundred dollars was more worth it. Thankfully I paid half over PayPal Goods and Services, and am disputing the charge to hopefully retrieve some of my lost expenses. For what its worth, in addition to the issues I had personally with Mr. Hall, we also got a call from our tenants in the neighboring building to the one I had him work at stating he was being rude to them.
