They continually miss my pick up day and then tell me they will be there the next day and then they don't show up... and then the next day and I'm told they are going to be there and they don't show up...I've gone 2 weeks without service and then they say they won't charge me for being over weight!!! Really...thanks! I'm I over weight because yall are dumping my trash!!! I would find another company but no others service my road! Their Customer Service practices reflect their business...GARBAGE! They missed our street for trash pick up. We called and were told they would come by and get it. They didn't. We called again; they said they would do it that day...they didn't. I called customer service again and while on hold with the cust service rep, I was disconnected. I called back and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I don't have time for this garbage. I'm now spending my time finding another trash service. read more

If I could give them NO stars I would. I had a nice guy come to my home and offer their service. I thought why not...let's give 'em a chance! Worst service ever!!! Pick up will not get done unless u pay by the 1st. If you are paying online make sure you have the long ass account number they issue you. Customer service is RIDICULOUS. They have never provided me services, I signed up, they canceled it the following day and it took like a week to get my money back from them .. Then they kept my info on file... I have been fighting with this company for almost two years. They have missed my pick-up multiple times and every time I call, they just tell me they will pick up extra next week. Except for 1 person, the customer service people all have a crappy attitude no matter how civil you try and be with them. It's always, "the supervisor said they will be there tomorrow for sure" and they never are. Every time they make a mistake you are the one that pays for it. And it isn't just me, it is everyone on my street they miss. I think I am at the end here and will just find another provider. I mean, no way they could be worse. They were on time, courteous, quick and efficient. Everything I could want. Price was reasonable.

Frontier just bought out our trash company they switched trash days for the holidays which was fine. So I put mind out the night before the new day. They didn't show I called they said will call you back. Never did called Friday after Thanksgiving they gave me run around said I didn't put it out in time I explained I did and they had missed our subdivision several customers. She ended I'll put in a work order I won't have drivers tell Monday it might be 3-4 days I said our normal day is Wednesday she said well I'd make sure you put it out on time for Wednesday.
