My latest addiction! In the past few months, I have been enjoying the Deliciousness, pleasantries, cleanliness, and financial benefits of getting my food and fuel at Spinx. The Fried Chicken, The Fried okra and the vast selection of drinks is second to NONE. This place is a Fried Food Utopia for sure. How was I "trapped"? I decided to get gas in Summertime about 3 months ago but there were two competing gas stations across the street from one another on Jedburg RD filled with landscaping trucks and trailers. I didn't want to navigate around the "clusta" so I just drove down the road. I wasn't particularly heading anywhere when I saw this brand new yellow and blue structure. I have found my pot of gold!!!!. As I walked in, a Gentleman by the Name of Cortez asked me if I had been there before because I looked "Lost". He took me to the Kiosks and showed me how to order food. He recommended the fried chicken snack pack. At the register, he asked me if I had a rewards card. I did not. He gave me one, and advised me that if I went home and linked my Rewards card to my checking account (online) that I could use my card to pay for my purchases and increase my bonus points. As I bit into my fried chicken, all I could taste was the warm lard flavor that the chicken was fried in. it brought back memories of my Grandmother's cooking in Puerto Rico. The chicken was crispy on the outside and Juicy on the inside without dripping in grease. Whatever secret seasoning is used at Spinx, it's far better than the 11 herbs and spices used by the Colonel. This chicken is truly finger licking good. I also tried the fried okra which was crispy on the outside yet the okra was fresh without tasting like a frozen product from a bag. My snack pack was polished off with a Hawaiian sweet roll. The combination worked well. Today, we celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at Spinx with lunch and to make it better, I got .25 cents off per gallon of Gas. I purchased scratch off lottery tickets and won $8! Woot Woot!!! Overall, every experience has been a great a experience for me. The bathrooms are clean & automated so you do not have to touch anything, there is ample parking, lots of food choices, snacks and Great quality gas. I highly recommend Spinx for all of your convenience store and Gasoline needs. read more

This is one of my favorite gas stations around. It is always clean for the most part and well-stocked. The bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms of any gas station I've ever been to. The staff is usually friendly. When you think of gas station food, you think of crusty nachos or dried out hot dogs on rollers. Spinx is not like that. They make fresh food and they always have biscuits or sandwiches in chicken available. We love their spicy chicken biscuit. They have something set out on the warmer and you can also order from their kiosk and wait for something to be freshly made. This location is well managed and very convenient when you are in the area and need something fast. This is by far one of the best gas stations I have ever visited. Ultra spacious and clean with friendly staff. Buying gas is a breeze. They even have hand sanitizer by the gas pump! The only reason I am not giving this location 5/5 is because of their lottery tickets. On several occasions they have made available and sold lottery tickets (scratch offs) that have passed their sale date. Not cool! So if you purchase scratch offs at this location be sure to check the SC Education Lottery website or other places to make sure the purchase you are about to make will be honored by the SC Lottery should you win. read more

My new favorite fueling station! Get the xtra card and get 10 cents off per gallon. The pump layout is weird, you have to drive perpendicular to the store but you enter from a parallel angle. The beer cooler is great, lots of beer choices, but it's great just to loiter in there on a hot day. They don't seem to have enough staff, so there is always a line read more

I come here so often that I might as well live here. I stop on the way to school and on the way home from school. I go here for gas, coffee, snacks, drinks, etc. And their chicken is the BEST! with a Hawaiian roll. read more

Great gas station! Some mornings I'll stop in on my way to work and grad a breakfast biscuit, they are delicious! Also, they have better prices than most grocery stores on 12 packs of Coca-Cola!! Facilities are always clean and shelves are well stocked. A+ read more

I had a ridiculously long wait to wash my car while one of their employees pushed leaves around with a pressure washer. I was completely ignored while he took his good old time. Would have left, but already paid with my fill up. This is a terrible way to treat customers. read more
