The one document he did prepare on my behalf was poorly prepared, margins had not been adjusted and there was a spelling error where the certificate of service line is - the word "date" was spelled wrong (other spelling/grammer errors were mine). I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau and make a formal complaint because he kept my money without doing the job. I have emails and a call history I can use to prove he requested the money via Zelle twice for services he didn't provide. There was one call I made to him after 5pm October 14th and one call after 6pm September 25th (the day I hired him without a contract because I believed Yelp reviews were likely accurate).
