We were shopping for about 15 minutes to be told by the employees that they have been closed for about 20 minutes. The other person decided to check out at that point. I voiced to my husband I'm just going to put my stuff back and not buy anything because I was a little annoyed. At no point did an employee announce hey we're closed but we can go ahead and check you out. They just let us walk out after we put our things back and didn't say a word. Not great customer service. I guess the young employees don't really worry about not making sales.

This Rack location has a decent selection. Most recently went shoe shopping with my boyfriend and he found exactly what he needed. Sometimes the store seems a little messy and chaotic with merchandise not displayed properly. It seems customers and employees just kind of let merchandise get tossed about. Other than that, good place to shop for better quality clothing and accessories at discounted prices.

This toy store is the bee's knees! I thought I was taking my kids to a place for them to have fun but I ended up loving it as well. Aside from constantly running around to put back whatever my 2-year-old pulled off the shelf, I had a great time. Here's why this store rocks: SELECTION/CURATION: Fantastic selection. The store is pretty large and full of so many different things. There are your usual suspects i.e. dolls and dinosaurs but you can also find more unexpected items like a great selection of kites or a big shelf of finger puppets. The items seem very carefully curated. I noticed that a lot of their toys are from established quality brands or from overseas. Bought a little wooden magnetic train that was made in Ukraine. PRICE POINT: There are things at various price points. $100+ and under $1. So don't worry about your kids begging for a toy because there's a huge shelf of small toys (plastic bugs, balls, miniatures, and so much more) that are anywhere from .50 to $10. PLAY AREAS: There are several small play areas for kids including one that's more geared toward babies and toddlers. Aside from that, the whole store is a play area. Just do your best to clean up after them, obviously. BATHROOMS: Great bathroom situation. There are gendered bathrooms plus an all-gender bathroom. Each bathroom has an awesome diaper changing station with... drum roll please... FREE DIAPERS AND WIPES. I've never seen that before. So awesome. ALL AGES FUN: Honestly, this store is fun for all ages. There is a large rack of wacky sunglasses and a section for whimsical hats (obsessed with the Medusa hat). There are more grown-up toys like board games and puzzles (Rubik's cube and much more). There's a cabinet of collectible Matryoshka dolls. There are fun nostalgic items like a Sea-Monkeys kit. So much fun stuff to explore. COFFEE SHOP: There is a coffee shop attached to the store. It's super cute and filled with art from local artists for sale. Always awesome when you can get a coffee to give you an energy boost so you can be better at chasing after your kid. There are also two large chess sets available for use. Ultimately, this place is fantastic. I plan on bringing my family here anytime we need a gift for a birthday party. I have purchased Be Enchanted and Velvet Sugar for almost $20 each when they were available some years ago so I was totally expecting them to be excluded from the sale but they weren't and I couldn't have been happier! The ladies working that day were very kind and helpful. I rather enjoyed their small talk during check out. After paying, she rudely pushed the bag over to me on the counter without even a thank you. My wife is Asian so perhaps this may be a bias thing. We've shopped at this location many times in the past and the customer service has been degrading over time. Consequently, we will never shop this location again. If I were Jeanne's manager, I would immediately institute remedial training. If her attitude continued into the future, I would be forced to let her go.
