I have purchased Be Enchanted and Velvet Sugar for almost $20 each when they were available some years ago so I was totally expecting them to be excluded from the sale but they weren't and I couldn't have been happier! This is really the only B&BW I shop at because it's the closest to my house. I've been coming here for years! They have a great selection and the store always looks neat. I'm really glad they've started offering rewards now, and the monthly coupons have always been great. My only issue is that sometimes the associates can be a bit overbearing. I don't mind being greeted, but being constantly asked if I need help can get exhausting. If I say no once, that should be it. Most recently, one of the associates placed a fragrance strip in front of my nose, trying to get me to smell a new fragrance. I didn't ask her to do that, that was a bit much... I realize it's probably how they're trained but I like to be left alone and smell my way through the store by myself. :) read more

Came here for their annual 3-wick candle sale and the team was so friendly. They had a large assortment available still and this was at 3pm lol. It was very easy to navigate and I was able to find my tried-and-true scents and a few new scents to enjoy. I actually had no idea there was a Bath & Body Works at The Domain until I did a nearby search. The location is tucked neatly near Dirdie Birdie and the iPic theaters. Today @ exactly 8:49pm (before closing time 9pm) I tried walking in to quickly grab some soaps. I already knew what I was going to get. And was met by the store manager brandy. She had already turned someone else away it seemed like, but I continued to walk up to the door where she told me I couldn't go in. I asked her why and she told me because they want everyone out of the store by 9. I said but I already know what I want and I have 12 minutes. I'll be quick. She said that's not how they operate that store, that I was too late and couldn't come in. Not only was she telling me that I couldn't come in, when I asked her her higher up number, she started to get completely rude and told me to call back on Monday and get the number if she could find out. Never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service! Especially by a store manager. I really hope they fix this, being such a premier store! I even took a pic of her at the door time stamped Incase she would try to lie about her not telling me this. I would love to speak to a higher up, general manager, or regional manager, just not ok to talk to customers the way she did and lie about closing time. read more

If i didn't know any better I'd think this was the training center for bath and body works. The staff here are so nice! I came during "candle day" and honestly expected to be in the midst of chaos. This location was adequately staffed. And by adequately i mean enough people, with good attitudes, and the desire to work. I didn't expect to get so much help from the staff in such a busy day. I figured I'd sniff and sniff, get tired of sniffing, check out, and leave. Nope, i was offered opportunities to spell different candles. I lI was also offer the carry thing to hold candles. I even had an associate offer to place my candles at tHe register because i appeared to be struggling. I may have even dropped a candle (don't judge me) but the associated quickly assisted with the clean up of the glass. They didn't make me feel bad about dropping the candle, they just cleaned up and asked if i wanted the broken one replaced. The check out process was really fast as well. Even these associates were really nice and suggesting the small travel sizes bottles at the register. This is honestly the best bath and body works ever!! read more

Racial profiling is a well known problem that many minorities are to well familiar with. Because of this most of the time in moderation we learn to ignore it. However todays scenario wasn't a subtle glance or a frequent check. Instead Mary Beth, a blonde hair blue eye young associate found a way to perfectly position herself in a diagonal path with my black girl friend and I. Once positioned she would just stand and stare in our direction. We moved, she moved. We moved to the clearance rack that was behind a corner she walked up to a perfectly stocked and faced self around the same corner hands reaching for the product but eyes searching the room for us. It may sound exaggerated but this is why I'm taking the time to write this review because it really was that bad. And no, in case your wondering she was not just trying to offer assistance. She only spoke to us once, upon entry. If you wondering why I didn't just leave, yeah we thought about that too and came to the conclusion that that would only confirm her suspicions. Also why should we have to leave we are paying customers, on the subscription list and spend 70- 100 there monthly! It was just awful. So there's that. Another angry black woman is probably what this will be labeled. Shrug. We have options too and that wasn't cool. TAMMY WAS SUPER COOL THOUGH! read more

"Consistently the best Bath and Body Works" The reason this Bath and Body Works stands out amongst the many I have frequented is the employees. Every employee at the Domain Bath and Body works goes above and beyond to help you out, offer you exceptional deals, give you extra coupons, and tell you about products coming soon. They're not all about their sales and they don't push items on you that you may or may not want. I'm not saying the employees are under qualified or rude at other stores. Typically they're nice. There's just something about this B&BW location that the employees put in an extra effort that makes you want to return. Just a note...the employees here made me aware that every time you type in your email upon check out, it increases your odds to get better quality coupons. So just a heads up when you do like I did forever and rush to hit the skip button. On the products...there's a new pumpkin line....I about had a heart attack when I found out!!! I love almost anything pumpkin. Not to mention driving like I came out of a Nascar race and proceeding to run like an Olympian to reach the pumpkin products as soon as I heard. The wallflowers are the best part of that, it smells like I'm baking pumpkin pie without actually having to put in the effort to bake it. Problem is, so many of the wallflowers smell edible and they make you hungry. The lotions are pretty great here, but that buy 3 get 2 and buy 3 get 3 is excessive. Why not an occasional buy 1 get 1? I don't need 5 or 6 body products at one time....however, that's not this particular store's fault. Overall, this location is awesome and they typically always have everything in stock. Was just here shopping and Whitney helped me, As soon as I walked in the door, I could see she was very busy opening boxes and stocking, and shelving merchandise. She immediately dropped everything to help me, told me about promotions in store and educated me on everything as best she could without being overwhelming or bombarding me. The second my arms got full I turned around to find her handing me a basket to put my items in. She was simply amazing, up beat and kind. I wish every associate in every store was a Whitney. Above and beyond care and customer service. She didn't walk all over me, annoy me or overbear the consumer. She did her job, and she did it with perfection and ease.
