This is actually a pretty large store and it has high ceilings. There is a ton of stuff in here and it could be very overwhelming walking around. I think my biggest complaint is that it is the hottest place in the mall that I have ever been in. It's just overwhelmingly warm inside right now. I don't know if their air-conditioning has problems or if there is something else going on. I saw one guy working at the register and he was busy doing things and not greeting customers unless they came up for a purchase. I did see a lot of interesting products and a lot of discounted Funko Pops. I will try back another time and hopefully it will be cooler inside which will make for a more pleasant shopping experience while trying to find where anything is.

Not the VS next to Bath & Body, the one farther down. Only one girl at one register was ringing a customer out. I was surprised to see such bad customer service - and on a holiday (Memorial Day). Two girls behind the register were literally just looking at a phone and chatting. Unacceptable. Whoever manages this store, next team meeting have a talk about customer service at the register. If you were the one waiting in line and saw this, wouldn't you be disappointed? When I left, I did explain to the person who finally noticed all the customers waiting why I was leaving. She wished me a nice day. And they'll never care that today was the day I decided to avoid this location from now on.

Then I had to wait for someone to check my purchase before leaving, yet they didn't come confirm my purchase until after they'd checked out someone who entered the regular line *after* I'd already been waiting at the mobile check out stand for a few minutes. This store is so much fun to shop at! I usually visit it every time when I'm at Disney World's Animal Kingdom. There are a wide range of gifts, housewares, mickey ears, pins, travel snacks, apparel and accessories! I ended up getting a customized 2024 Snow Globe from Riverside Depot. The team members are fantastic at this shop! It's typically not that busy either. It's a great place to stop at, especially during the summer, if you're looking for a air conditioned building and some cold drinks as well!

They have everything a larger store might have, but on a smaller scale, so maybe it will be more difficult finding your size or the items you're looking for. It's on the western side of Alafaya and south of Mitchell Hammock so depending on which direction your'e coming from, it can be super easy to enter/leave the parking lot, or a total PITA. I've been in a few times as you never know what you'll find. Same as TJ Maxxxx and Homegoods and Nordstrom Rack. Depends on the day!

I mean, it looked a bit faded and walking in, looking around just reinforced my initial impression. I also noted it was both a bit cluttered, but some shelves were empty. A bit of a contradiction, but it is what it is. Still, the service here was friendly and it had the usual selection that you would expect from a Dollar Tree. When I say selection, some of the stuff is a pretty solid deal and some stuff wouldn't be worth it if it was a free. But I find that to be the case with all dollar stores. I ended up just grabbing a birthday card for a friend, but it was not a bad overall experience. The checkout line was a bit long, but it moved fast enough. It is a Dollar Tree and if you are looking for that type of experience, this location is decent enough.

We were greeted right when we walked in and told about all the different offers and sales that we're going on. We are also offered any help if we needed it while we walked around the store. I was looking for my niece as she really likes the shirts and hoodies that she can get here, however, they don't have one close to their house. As I walked around everything was in order and kept clean. It was easy to shop for the right size because they were clearly marked and in the right place. I like when stores do this because it makes it easier to grab what I want. They had a decent sized sale section in the back of the store for both men and women. At the register there were a couple people in line, however it moved very quickly. This doesn't mean that service lacked here. They were still just as friendly and welcoming at the register Bay. I was able to get one sweater and two T-shirts for just $20. Overall: A Great experience with wonderful staff. Decent sized sale section!
