I stopped by to pick up a Penske truck but couldn't help but look around first. This place is AMAZING! It's like you're stepping into a Time Machine and there's a new decade around every corner. They have the coolest stuff, and their staff is amazing. I was helped by Katie, if I remember right, and she gave me a run down about the locations and what they sell. The prices aren't that bad either It's so pretty in here!! If you like vintage furniture, run to this place! You'll love it!!

We just moved here from Arizona & what I loved about adjectives is that you can buy directly from the floor. They have lots of fun and funky things both vtg & new! They also deliver for free any purchases over a 1k. This is a great place and Paul Rudd works there aka Mike!!! Hahhahaha He is amazing. He has gone above and beyond to try to help us find special pieces for our our home :-)

This particular Adjectives Market is on 436 and is a great store filled with various home decorations and various bric-a-brac. I had been to their Winter Park location and their new location in the Colonialtown shopping plaza in the Milk District (just east of downtown Orlando), but this was my first time visiting this particular location. All in all, this was an excellent experience with a great selection of items and a great staff. Justin at the counter rang me up and kept a great flow of conversation going with myself and the other customers, making us feel welcome in the store. On this particular day, they had a bunch of vendors set up outside. Honestly, this is what brought me to this location. It was a great time walking amongst the vendors and seeing all the great items. I did manage to get some holiday shopping out of the way and all in all it was a great experience. Overall, I have to give this Adjectives Market location five stars.

Cute decor/thrift store. Has lots of options from furniture to wall knick knacks. We roamed around for about an hour and found lots of cool little items that would be fun and interesting to use on Halloween. Sadly, we felt that the prices were a little steep so we decided to not buy anything. Definitely worth the visit if you're looking for something unique and have disposable funds to spend.

I am a bit late in writing this review, but I had to get the word out that Adjectives is worth the visit. My wife and I stopped in back in November 2021 to do some Christmas shopping while we were out-n-about in Altamonte Springs. Adjectives has a unique variety of modern, vintage, and antique furnishings; collectibles, art, decorations, and one-of-a-kind gifts. You can easily find a great gift in the $10-$35-dollar range, or you could splurge and spend $250-$600 on some of their fancier furniture, art, and handmade décor. Some of the items that caught my eye were the large wooden clocks ($245.00), the beautiful wooden cabinetry ($200+), the vintage 3-stooge's figurines ($325.00), the Christmas gifts and collectibles (varied pricing), some of the artwork ($200+), the France Art Glass Lamp ($329.95), and the natural agate accent table ($339.95). My wife and I love exploring stores like this because everything is high quality, one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable, and will be cherished by future generations. My only complaint is that "All Sales are Final," so be sure the item you purchase is something you really want or need because there are no returns or exchanges.

Visited to look for some trinkets. Three employees in store but not greeted by anyone. Walked by employees four times without even a nod. My friend did say she was asked if she needed help. mentioned to my friend that they weren't much in customer service. Once I said that, the employee looked at me and smiled then he started talking but it was too late. I was in there 30 minutes Plus. The store has beautiful things, antiques and faux antiques, hundreds, thousands of items. I feel many over priced. But fun to window shop. My friend has bought several items there. The merchandise is wonderful and if they step up their customer relations would be a great place. There are several locations so maybe it was just this place, this day? BUT we were the only people in the place. My friend added she likes to be left alone but a "hello" and "good bye" goes a long way.

Wow, not only an amazing and fabulous name, but a unique and fun mix of new and vintage items displayed side by side in a staged environment. So many great things, from furniture to old mason jars and everything in between. Plan some time to look through the large and expansive store. Prices are fair, and staff is friendly. I visited the Altamonte Springs location, but understand there are several other equally neat, and beautiful locations. Definitely worth a moment, or a few hours of your time.

Hi can you tell me how you screen vendors? I purchase 2 items from same co from Adjectives yesterday and upon taking Home I found items are not as described . Not vintage or antique and sold at TJ MAXX .Im concerned on other item as well.

Are there any coupons/discounts ever available?

What is the average price of most of the typewriters? and are they working? do they sell any film cameras?

Hi Haylee, typically, a working antique typewriter is around $250. It depends on the exact make - some are more rare than others, or have special typefaces, and those can be more expensive. Also, many antique typewriters need a good cleaning and…

We were greeted upon arrival and checked on while perusing the isles. At first glance, the store seemed a bit small, which turned out to be incorrect; however, even though they had a good many things, including a very pretty wash basin and vanity desk, the place also served as a sort of boutique with lotions, soaps and other items to delight their older customers. As serious antique customers, we prefer real antique stores and unfortunately did not find that had to have item. I think it says something when the customer, after walking a third of the store, starts looking up other antique stores to visit next. It was worth stopping by; however, we will not be adding Wirewood Market to our favorites list for yearly trips.

Endless knick-knacks and collectables, home-made soaps, oils, and such. Lots of Holiday inspired decorations, ceramic trees, Santa's, Elves and more. There is a decent selection of unique and beautiful hand-made jewelry, vintage tools, gauges, and workshop style equipment available as well. The staff here are welcoming and friendly. Pricing is fair, although some items such as vintage Santa and Elf figurines were priced higher here than other local thrift shops in the area. There is a restroom available to customers who shop here. I didn't purchase anything today, but my mom found a bunch of stuff. She was ecstatic to find three Putz Houses (Paper Houses) that she had to buy. Two were selling for $12.95 each and the other for $4.95. The staff were great and gently wrapped all of my mom's items to protect them for the trip back to NY. The store is immaculate and decorated beautifully, we easily spent 45-mn to an hour here. They also have a little coffee station available for customers shopping here and the coffee is very good. There is a lot to see here and if you know anyone who owns a log cabin or cottage, bring them with you because they will be in heaven! I highly recommend stopping here if you happen to be shopping in the area. I know it won't be our last time shopping here.

It's fa la la fabulous. Expensive... extensive... and fabulous. I went to their Christmas in July event, on the last weekend of July 2025. They open at 8:30am and I was there early ( excited!) . They had super friendly parking attendants in Santa hats directing other eager elves to prime parking spots. I was jingling and tingling-so ready to go inside. And I was definitely delighted once I got there... room after room, building after building... full of every Christmas item you could think of, from sacred and soulful to sparkly and shimmery... and everything in between. There were so many trees, decorated in so many themes, with so many accessories, for the rest of the room. I've never seen anything so holly and jolly in the retail world. It really was a feast for the senses (cue the Who's to start singing). There were some really beautiful things-and some prices were high... or at least higher than you'd expect. There were some blue and white cone trees that took my breath away. I'd almost sell my car for those. They were breathtaking-as is so much of this store. And it's not just the merchandise, but the way they've displayed it, as well. It will definitely get you in the holiday spirit... without drinking any holiday spirits. And if the merch doesn't do that, the sweet staff will. They are dedicated and invested in this business... and seem to take great joy in helping customers. No wonder it's survived 50+ years. Santa's smiling at them. It's an easy drive from Tampa... about 90 minutes, give or take. It might be even shorter/easier from the east coast. There's ample parking and truly, something for everyone. I'll look for you! (I'll be the one covered in glitter from hugging trees!)

We enjoyed viewing the decor, ornaments, wreaths, trees, garlands, ribbon etc. It was nice that they had stuff ready to go that you can take home and display immediately and they have supplies you can buy and build your own! Many of the decorated trees were absolutely gorgeous. You probably could not build the tree for the sale price they were offering. But if it's not your style, they have many trees you can buy and all sorts of stuff to adorn it with. I really liked all the lights. They had huge stars for the lawn and large balls of light to hang as well as firework shaped lights. Very cool. I picked up a tea towel. It was $9.99. I didn't have a need for any of the big stuff but I was fascinated by the designs and color schemes etc. The owner said they've been open for over 50 years. She also mentioned they do business with the theme parks. Pro tip- they start Christmas in July! So that's when the store is stocked full of everything. So shop early for the best selection. They do not ship because things can break and the shipping and insurance is expensive. So while they have a website, it does not have their items and you cannot buy online. So- stop by! I would give an hour just to peruse. If you're buying - it could be a few hours. Also- they have other holiday stuff (Halloween, Fourth of July, etc)and silk flowers for arrangements etc. They also have furniture, many large planters and vases. So this store is not just Christmas.
