Unfortunately we had a very small budget and short amount of time (a little over a week) to get everything done. A friend told me to reach out to the owner of Imagination Reality. I sent her a message explaining the situation and she replied almost immediately and agreed to help us! Even though it was a last minute request, she set us up with a visit from Tinkerbell, who was so cute and sweet. We loved her! She did ballet, hung out with the family, posed for as many pictures as we and the family wanted to take, and made the night unforgettable for all of us. This is a fantastic local company and I highly recommend them!

Worst experience EVER!! Needed a prom dress for my daughter, because she is a plus size girl. We…read morewent months early to order her a dress. I knew nothing was going to fit on the floor. Found a dress and ordered it. Dress came in, went in to do a fitting for alterations. That's when everything went wrong. Was scheduled for a fitting 2.5 weeks later. No call was made during that time to me. Come to her appointment. Dress was NOT TOUCHED!!! No call was made to me or anything telling me I needed to pay for her alterations. Of course me being upset I wanted answers. But Tati who was helping me at the time only gave me excuses! How her mom was on Molokai celebrating her bday, how she's not always sitting at the sewing table, blah blah blah! Being completely unprofessional. Set up another appointment for her fitting. Even though her prom was 5 days away from her prom date. Tati set up our 2nd appointment and again told me I was a set. Not even giving me the price I needed to pay so they can start alterations. Weeks passed a terrible storm hit Maui. Understood that the store got flooded. Called days later and asked about my daughter's dress. Just wanted to make sure if it was okay. Paige answered and was completely RUDE. As if I didn't have the right to ask. Asked if I could get a call back. NO CALL. Not even a call on where the new location was. Finally the day came to pick up the dress. Walked in. Tati AGAIN!!! Being completely RUDE! Just no smile. No greetings. Just gave us the dress and was like "here you go" and felt like we needed to leave ASAP. I asked if we could try it on. Gave me a complete attitude!!! About how the fitting room was, how that's what they had, blah blah blah. After that experience. I would not recommend them.

REVIEW FOR ANGEL HANDS PROM POP UP ONLY: Elly's is involved…read morein the amazing Prom Pop Up Shop for local youth, to ensure everyone can afford to go to prom in a new outfit for free!!! I volunteered recently over a few days to help fit and dress students which was such a satisfying way to give back to our community. Each student is handled individually, measured and assisted in choosing a prom outfit with accessories to take home, along with a 'loot bag' full of goodies and a $50 voucher. Elly's organizes a huge amount of donated goods, and offers free rentals if there isn't anything available in their size. Elly's staff volunteer too and do a great job. If it wasn't for Elly's and the generosity of the sponsors and those who donate many students wouldn't be able to afford an outfit for prom. Congratulations to all involved in making our Lahaina youth shine at Prom :)
