i've been going to this place for about 15 years and i've never had any issue until today, i came…read morein looking for thermals and the kind man in the printing area pointed me in 2 areas where i can find them 1 where there's a thermal set and 2 where there's thermal tops, while the thermal set was on the floor the tops weren't so i asked the young man on the floor where i can find them he said there wasn't any and when i asked if there was some in the back he told me there wasn't any in the store at all because they're not in season. so when i went back to the man in printing asking about the thermal sets, he assured me that they in fact DO have tops in the back also and proceeded to ask the man (penny or benny im not sure) on the floor to get them for me and that's when i noticed the man on the floor was visually upset that he had to go grab the thermal from the back. he asked what color i wanted and i told him & he brought it out for me and i tried it on and when i asked for another color he said we only have black which i don't know if that was true because he lied about not having thermals in general so i asked for a different size and before going to the back he asked me "are you even going to buy it"...NEVER have i ever been asked by any retail associate anywhere "are you even going to buy it" i told him yes i just need to know what size fits me best. he brought it out and i went to check out *there was no one else there at this time* and as he saw me waiting to check out he kept folding clothes until he finished and then checked me out. i felt so disrespected & disappointed i was treated this way, mind you i'll say again i've been going here for almost 15 years maybe more and never had any issue and it sucks because i love this place all around but the customer service sucked, the man in printing was great & very helpful and without him i would've left empty handed. i almost feel bad leaving this review but 1 persons actions reflect the business as a whole & this experience deserved a review

I came in during non-peak hours looking for hair bleach and dye and when I asked for the plexiglass to be open, Rosie (who is apparently the manager), told me someone would help me shortly (instead of walking over and helping me). I asked if she could unlock the case, and instead she looked at me with a blank face and said "sir, someone will be with you shortly." Mind you, she didn't direct anyone to come over and help me, and I saw no one else in the store other than a few customers. I asked her when another associate would come and she told me "sir, please be patient." She also wasn't doing anything other than standing behind the register (I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was balancing a register or something, but she wasn't. She was literally just standing there and she checked her phone twice while I waited). Finally, when an associate came out, I asked the associate's name what the woman's name at the front was to which Rosie, from behind the counter, yelled "do not give him my name! You want my name for what?" I was SHOCKED, to say the least. Luckily, the associate said her name was Rosie before Rosie cut her off (or Rose, some variation). I decided not to purchase the products I was looking for solely because of this experience and said have a good day. I cannot believe the utter disrespect and negligence I encountered while simply looking for bleach and hair dye. I made a simple request to have the plexiglass opened and was ignored and then treated poorly for asking for the manager's name after she refused to help me three times. I get a call back on Thursday with her telling me that I was unsure about ordering and the order wasn't placed. I think I made it perfectly clear if they couldn't get the shoes that it was necessary for them to tell me wayyyy in advance because a day in advance does not give me enough time to go down to LA to buy my shoes..... obviously long story.....I didn't get my goes and I got a call while at work at 3pm in the afternoon the day before I needed them telling me they weren't ordered.....
