One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was "helped" by a woman with long…read morebrown hair with a blonde streak and glasses (didn't catch her name). This store is advertised as a UPS access point with a sign on the front door. She told me they could only take my package if it was already packaged and ready to go with a printing label. I created a label on my phone however she said she would not print it for me. I asked her where I could buy some cardboard boxes and tape and she said she "wasn't entirely sure" where they were located in the store. I asked what the store hours were tomorrow so I could come back with the label printed and she said they should be open until 7pm tomorrow but only if staffing "is reasonable" otherwise she doesn't know what hours they'll actually be open. The entire time she acted extremely annoyed and rude and bothered by me even being there asking for her assistance. She is a very unkind worker who should not be employed in customer service in any capacity.
