The store itself is clean, the clothing well-maintained, and social distancing in the checkout process is taken seriously. In the clothing section, there was a variety of sizes, and the men's clothing although not nearly as plentiful, still had some nice things. The non-clothing items were scattered around the store, and that compels you to look at everything because you might find a gem hidden somewhere. I had the sense Curated Closet was in a mid-season lull -- not quite stocked with spring or summer things, and not fully devoid of fall and winter items, but I expect this will take care of itself as life returns to whatever constitutes normal and people change out their closets. Still, for local crafts and some nice jewelry or fancy dishes, you can't go too far wrong here.

We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

Puzzles, games, toys (even educational ones) for kids and families and windsocks, windchimes and wind spinners for your garden. Although all the things they have in stock are good for gifts (t-shirts, candles, etc.) or for fun, it's the kites that are truly noteworthy. Some are traditional but most are elaborate and some are gigantic. There are so many colors, design, and shapes it might be difficult to pick just one. They have kites hanging all over the store -- look up and you'll find some hanging from the ceiling, and then few those on the wall. It's hard to know where to look. I didn't ask, but some of those kites appear too large to manageable by one person and by one person in a strong wind, but maybe that's the point. This is such a great store to explore that you might have a tough time getting your kids to leave. Last thing to note: although Livingston Kite Company does take credit cards. they tack on a fee for using one.

Great Service, great price…read more Jason and his wife do an excellent job of providing great service as well as a very competitive price. We had them clean the carpets in our condo (they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 4 years ago). It took Jason a couple of hours to clean several rooms and 3 flights of stairs. When her was finished, the carpets looked brand new, AND they were dry enough to put furniture back after about 5 hours. Excellent work ethic and will definitely use them again.
