Because of my satisfaction with the roof, I hired the company again for window replacements. Unfortunately, the window project was an extremely bad experience. The company took the job with good intentions. But rather than admit they were in over their heads and leave the job for someone more capable to tackle, the owner gave one excuse after another regarding delays and was constantly postponing dates. A year and half later when no windows materialized, I asked for my deposit back. The owner has returned only a third of the deposit in three months. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. He came to evaluate the system and told me the unit was a 1984 unit and must be replaced as it was emitting CO. He immediately changed his schedule and in two days time the home had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. The entire time Dee never stopped working.
