I tried emailing them based on the email adress they provided in the website. I tried calling them but they only told me they were busy Then the day after 1 guy called me and apologize for the issue. He specifically told me as gratitude he is adding some gifts into my parcel. Everything was perfect until i received my order. All the items i ordered was present but The person lied to me as they were no extra gifts or something. Then i realized that they only lied to me as i wrote some reviews on my experience. It was all perfect until the fake promise. If you cannot fulfil a promise dont even do it next time. Will never order again from there.

The gentleman lounging behind the counter tooI one look at me and said "No dogs." I wordlessly pointed at her clearly marked Service Dog vest and he said "I have my dog here." I don't doubt he had one, although I didn't see one. I left right away without shopping. My problem was that this is horrible customer service; bringing a personal dog to work drives away customers like me. I won't be back.
