Day of there was no one available to do intake that they had setup the hours for. My husband gets a call from a random number from a Toni child's who is not a noted member of there team on the website. I call to inquire about the professional relationship between shasta options and this therapist that does not introduce herself as a working part of shasta options. I was met with snide and half hearted responses. The receptionist refused to give me her name or provide any information on their current staff of therapists. She did state that they have known Toni for 30 years so that should be enough for someone that is going to be letting their heart out, right. So disgusted with her behavior and the way this establishment has handled business.
